^^ burger looks like some kind of KFC tower burger, chicken looks like KFC crispy strips with a dip poured over them, fries dont look like KFC though?

Meal - Fries with Grilled hot chicken strips and a bottle of water

Friday Extra - Giant spicy fillet burger. It isnt really big at all. Small than a Zinger Tower burger.
 
Somehow I missed all this!

If you're prepared to put the effort in to both exercise and nutritional detail, you can eat what you like (in moderation). The majority of my desserts are not as 'filthy' as they appear.

Also helps that I follow an Intermittent Fasting protocol too.

Agreed. I'm a long way away from where you are but I've been "cutting" the last month or two whilst eating 3000-3500 kcal per day. Admittedly my entire life is pretty much exercise right now though...
 
Had to go to McDonalds today as it was the only place open at the fleet services. Had my first ever bacon, egg and cheese bagel. It was pretty disgusting...

They are absolutely disgusting, makes me want to throw up.
Burgers are edible, their muffin based breakfasts I wouldn't even feed to an animal.
