The **Now Eating** Thread

Who doesnt have eggs and oil? Btw you should try making it. 100x better than shop bought stuff and you can flavour it how you like.

That is very true! But he could have eggs fried in a bit of oil for breakfast with some toast and bacon? That would be a good reason why!

Really? I never thought you wouldnt like eggs! Eggs are great. Boiled scrambled poached fried etc its all yummy!

But I agree with the mcdonalds breakfast. Its horrible. All of it. Even the eggs.

The recipe title is misleading, it's merely skillet browning skin chicken, not skillet cooked chicken. I was expecting the entire thing to be cooked on the skillet without the need if the oven. Disappoint.

Looks yum though.

Just had some sous vide beef top rump cooked at 57C for a few hours. On the side kale, asparagus, chorizo roast potatoes and caramelised onion gravy (made with the stock I made from my beef rib cuttings/bones left over from the BBQ meat).

No pictures, eaten too quickly. Soooo good.

Been a bit mismatched with my food today so to hit my macros I just had to eat 250g of Fat Free Cottage cheese. Bwah.

158 cals and 27g of protein, feels good man.

I think I'd struggle with this (I'm a bit weird about food that is mostly white-coloured for some reason) but looking at the kcal content on MFP it's impressively low  Decent amounts of protein too.
It's so yummy though!! Have you tried tofu before?

Time for dessert... Vanilla frozen yogurt with strawberry biscuit sticks :)

Oh, I love tofu. Mapo tofu is amazing, for instance. Also, salt and pepper fried tofu. It's more white sauces I find a bit strange - I guess your original dish I just kind of looked at and thought "cream sauce" - which it clearly isn't now I've looked at it again :)
