I'm about to get another bacon and egg barm from the University's "food" outlet. I've been really bad about eating greasy breakfasts all this week. Really need to bring something in healthier to eat.

I started with porridge honey and a cereal bar, this is in between. Did insanity "sweat intervals" this morning. Killer.

Upped my cals as well as I wasn't getting enough. Now I just don't stop eating all day really.

Lots of smaller meals kind of thing? I find that works better for me too - especially if you're doing regular exercise.

The insanity stuff is pretty hard going from what I've heard (I haven't done it myself). Not tempted to pick up a turbo trainer for your bike? ;)

Yea, my day today is:

7:00; Insanity Max:30

8:30; Porridge, honey, cereal bar

10:30; protein shake

12:30; Chicken breast, leaves, red onion, carrot grated, quinoa, avocado, some prawns

15:00; chicken breast

18:00; Chicken with ginger mushrooms and zoodles

Should do me, but might have some toast later on.

I'm doing free weights as well as insanity, so last night was legs:
Tues:
Squats 3x8
Stiff leg deadlifts 3x8
Leg Extensions 3x10
Leg Curls 3x10
Standing Calf raise 3x10
Lying leg raise 3x15
Swiss ball crunch 3x15

Mon:
Bench Press 3x8
Bent over Row 3x8
DB Shoulder Press 3x8
Lying tricep extension 3x8
DB Curl 3x8

Rest tonight, then back on Thurs / Fri with other stuffs.

POWAH.

Looks good :) My weights routine is a bit more simple than that as I found I got too annoyed with doing lots of different things.

Oh...where are the pull-ups though? :)

For the love of god please vary your meat and fish sources! (I.e eat some turkey and other lean meats. It'll free up fat calories to consume elsewhere as well as providing a more comprehensive micronutrient profile)

Last nights trifle bowl filled with Banana & Raspberry chocolate fluff, brownies, froyo, malteasers, caramel nibbles reeses chips & waldens. IG: @benncc

Pull up bar is coming :p don't worry!

Benny, it just happens to be today I have chicken, as it was in the fridge. I had steak Monday, prawns, I have salmon for tomorrow, I got some veal in for friday etc :D

Ahh fair play, as long as you're not one of those 'chicken' every day types! I eat Turkey more regularly as it's cheaper and leaner. Salmon, Mackerel, Ostrich all appear regularly in my diet :)
