I started with porridge honey and a cereal bar, this is in between. Did insanity "sweat intervals" this morning. Killer.
Upped my cals as well as I wasn't getting enough. Now I just don't stop eating all day really.
Yea, my day today is:
7:00; Insanity Max:30
8:30; Porridge, honey, cereal bar
10:30; protein shake
12:30; Chicken breast, leaves, red onion, carrot grated, quinoa, avocado, some prawns
15:00; chicken breast
18:00; Chicken with ginger mushrooms and zoodles
Should do me, but might have some toast later on.
I'm doing free weights as well as insanity, so last night was legs:
Tues:
Squats 3x8
Stiff leg deadlifts 3x8
Leg Extensions 3x10
Leg Curls 3x10
Standing Calf raise 3x10
Lying leg raise 3x15
Swiss ball crunch 3x15
Mon:
Bench Press 3x8
Bent over Row 3x8
DB Shoulder Press 3x8
Lying tricep extension 3x8
DB Curl 3x8
Rest tonight, then back on Thurs / Fri with other stuffs.

Looks goodMy weights routine is a bit more simple than that as I found I got too annoyed with doing lots of different things.

Benny, it just happens to be today I have chicken, as it was in the fridge. I had steak Monday, prawns, I have salmon for tomorrow, I got some veal in for friday etc![]()
