is it Thursday already One of my favs is schezuan 
This and oh man you have to try it, super easy and well just amazing. I just chucked it all in a terracota pot and chucked it in the oven for 6+ hours, added the pineapple when I put the rice on. So couldn't be easier.

No bacon in sight

Last 3 days been making Malay / Chinese dishes - don't have any pictures apart from yesterday's unfortunately 
Tuesday : Red Cooked Chicken / Ayam Masak Merah
Turned out very tasty, maybe could be spicier, chicken wasn't perfect - my first time deep frying chicken on a stove

Wednesday : Beef Rendang + Coconut Rice / Rendang Daging + Nasi Lemak
Came out great, very tasty - still have 2 portions left which have gone in the freezer for the near future

Today hainanese chicken rice + crispy pork belly , will post link and a picture later when I have them handy - but also a success very full now

lol would you believe me they were both well coated and most of it (butter puddle, try saying that fast
