Yup..as you get more towards Bolton it gets a lot more northern

I'm from South Manchester - far more posh

When I was younger I thought all chip shops also sold Chinese food. It wasn't until I left home that I discovered the truth...

Such a fail day today with regards to food/exercise. Hopefully going to get a quick go on the turbo to rescue it a little but it's still not going to be ideal.

Wish I had some in the freezer. Tonights tea was a bit of a disaster, white fish fillets with leeks onions and rice with no sauce whatsoever. Not sure what her indoors was thinking....dry.com

To be honest I don't mind any of the made up words for bread "cakes" (bread cakes, stotties, cobs, barm cakes, rolls, buns etc)

But living in yorkshire (and not being a yorkshireman)

ITS NOT A TEACAKE!!!!!

I'm sick of telling yorkshire folk that I don't want a bacon teacake, only for me to be told that that would be a "teacake with currants"
