Nothing wrong with a lot of mushrooms.
The only drawback with mushrooms, is they don't sell them in big enough containers.

Very spicy mince is on the hob and a sweet potato in the oven.

Just had confit chicken, chorizo roast potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli and a gravy made from the chicken jus and chicken stock. I messed up the cooking of the broccoli so I decided it wasn't god enough for a picture. Very nice though

They do if you buy from Costco or makro

Just had some olive bread with sliced beef sashimi, mustard and mayo... On the side a few vine tomatoes, sweet fire beetroot and such. Pretty damn tasty.
