Me and my dad went for dinner at a new place that opened in town.
They have a carvery, so we both went for the large plate. Which consisted of 3 types of meat, gammon, roast beef and turkey along with stuffing and as much veg as you want. And you can then help yourself to gravy/sauce. I went with mustard and horseradish. I struggled to finish it, but it was delicious! I could also have added 2 chipotle sausages for £1 extra. Maybe next time.
Dad had apple pie and ice cream for dessert. I had.... cant recall the name, but it was a chocolate orange dessert, served with double cream. Lovely!
Will definitely be going back. Place had a nice atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, plenty of tables and service wasn't too slow, even considering how busy it was at the time.

these are good little things. work very well for poaching
No idea! I'm assuming they probably get some percentage of sales from the restaurants or perhaps they charge the restaurants a fee to be listed on there.
