The **Now Eating** Thread

I ate in SW twice last time I was in Vegas. I love it.

The Country Club is also a great lunch time place, overlooking the golf course and make sure you start off with the cocktail "the dream".

Perfection.

Peanut butter on wholemeal, seeded warburton bread with 500ml protein shake.

Bit late for breakfast so picking up some sweetcorn to go with tuna for lunch and some brocolli, chicken and potatoes for dinner.

I was in Vegas for work which on one hand is great (woo free meals :D) as for example we also went to The Cut for comparison. But on the flipside my boss (American) does not care about food at all and just wants steak or burgers (not even good ones), and my other colleagues in my team here don't seem to understand steak at all.

They all ordered fillet steak, well done ,with coke to drink. I wanted to cry :(

I rescued the situation by having the bone-in ribeye and a large glass of malbec. The way it should be done. At least I had the respect of the waiter :p

EDIT: Having said that, for the prices I was surprised how manic the place was. I was expecting michelin-starred style demeanour. The service was fine, but towards the bar-end it was a bit of a zoo

I didn't take any photos as i don't really think it should be the done thing to be honest. I had "the hog" burger https://goo.gl/images/SwFY3u.

It was really good alongside so fries, I knew of the steak place but we had a vegetarian with us and the wynn is off the strip so it was difficult to sneak in:p

Either way burger place was great if a little expensive but hey it was delicious so can't complain on to San Diego now .....
