I don't eat seafood either, call me strange! They go well with salt beef and pastrami too. I’m pretty sure a doorstep sandwich with heaps of pastrami, pickles and yellow mustard on rye bread is a New York deli classic
That looks amazing...something I would consider making.Quick bite to eat! Little fakeaway.
Shawarma Kebab (Plantbased), GreekStyle Flatbreads/Wrap with Fresh Coriander and a generous amount of Sriracha Chilli Mayo Sauce.
It was wonderful, Coriander added freshness! Next time I’ll not be lazy and add in some white fresh onions, pickled chilli’s etc but quickly chucked it together with a demanding toddler at my feet!

Best Omlet I've ever seen!Tonpeiyaki tonight (Essentially a folded omelet with cabbage, porkbelly or bacon and some mushrooms with okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayo)
Its essentially an easier omelet version of okonomiyaki

There's no recipe, I just add the stuffs until the dough feels right, if that makes any sense.Still waiting for you to share the recipe for the Buns, and I don't mean a dash of this 'n' a cup of that will do![]()
Mother of God! It's beautiful!Tonpeiyaki tonight (Essentially a folded omelet with cabbage, porkbelly or bacon (streaky bacon in this instance) and some mushrooms with okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayo)

Thanks for taking the time, I'll give it my attention in the morning! There's no recipe, I just add the stuffs until the dough feels right, if that makes any sense.
But, it's approx 300g very strong white bread flour, 1 egg, tbsp olive oil, tbsp butter, glug of honey, tsp salt & warm water, then lob into a bread maker/mixer to make the dough, then knock back and shape by hand, give the buns a egg wash glaze, add sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes with ice cubes in the bottom of the oven for steam.
