I always now read the release notes to see what they have sneaked in there.

Going by past Batman titles they won't be fixed at all.
Arkham City DX11 mode is a bit broken, but it was one of the first DX11 titles wasn't it?
Arkham Origins worked fine, despite being a different developer, and I'm guessing WB Montreal still used the Arkham City code based on the UE3 engine.

Yet to try them myself but the new 353.30 drivers sound like they are still totally ballsed up. A few reporting TDR's still on the geforce forums and no mention of any fixes in the release notes!.

If I didn't have a frigging Gsync monitor I would seriously consider switching at this point in time.
I came over to Nvidia partly because AMD's lack of driver updates, specifically with regard to crossfire.
The grass is not greener on the AMD side, believe me.
Just installed the latest NV drivers. First time I've ever used the GeForce Experience software to do it.
It did disable SLI, but so far so good. Will have to see how performance goes. Not had any issues on the previous driver.
I'm very lucky in that I haven't experienced these TDR issues with the Nvidia drivers.
Either Nvidia should come out and say, yes, the issue is an Nvidia one and we are looking in to it but no fix for the moment, or no, I'm afraid this is not an Nvidia issue and you need to look else where.
