My lightning 780 would do 1350 on the core on air like 6+ month back. 347+(cant remember where it started) drivers not so much got stuck with around 1250. If i revert to earlyer drivers i got my OC back.. Then there's topic around the net that Kepler got a volt nerf through drivers.. never got around to test that to see if it was true. Wouldn't surprise me considering my old 780 would give a 980 g1 gaming running stock a run for its money in firestrike with just 1250 on the core getting just a hair under 12k in gpu score which is matching the 980 according to guru3d.

Could make sense why I'm not being affected by it as the GHZ edition has a slightly different voltage setup to other cards to allow 1.212+v. With 1267 on the core I was pretty much trading blows with a 980.

Didn't like the drop in FPS with Witcher 3 with the347.88's, so currently trying the latest 353.49's.
Early days, but so far so good.
Anyone on win 10 build 10166 or close? What drivers do you use for that build? Ive tried every single official i could find..They all crash randomly on my 980ti or causes games to crash randomly.. I went back to the release driver for the Titan X for win 8.1(modded ofcourse) and that was stable but had a little bit of stutter from time to time... Cant seem to catch a break.. Every single driver is P*ss poor atm.

No crashes.
That's on Titan X though, but they are similar GPU's
Sadly i havent had any luck with that driver.. i get crashing every few hours also 3d clocks tend to get stuck preventing the card from entering low power mode.. ffing annoying.. If i then remove the gfx through device manager and search for hardware and let it reinstall with the same driver then everything works until i have rebooted... its very weird.

+1. Think there may be more going on here than just a driver problem. Not having any problems myself on Win 10 build 10240 so far with driver 353.50.
Anyone? i'm getting a white screen crash when i exit bf4. I'm currently on 353.30s

Pretty darn sure. Everything works perfectly if i put in my ancient old 5850.. also my 780 i had before the current 980ti worked perfectly in win 10 and win 8 . I dont know why but im getting stuttering all the time in some games not all and the only way to remove most of it is to reduce my resolution to 2560x1080 even though the fps is locked at 60 the entire time at 3440x1440. It makes no sense..

Nvidia need to release a new branch of driver, that doesn't crash, and doesn't cripple Kepler, and pretty soon at that.
Does it ? I thought it was the certian titles favoring high tessellation ?
