**THE NVIDIA DRIVERS THREAD**

Well I've installed 375.70 and checked for the above telemetry and haven't found any. Perhaps it's in 375.76? I only installed the graphic driver and Physx.

I have 375.70 installed (driver, audio driver and PhysX only) and do have the telemetry. I've seen conflicting reports elsewhere too, with people using the same driver versions. The telemetry program is in the installation files that are extracted to the root of your C: drive, but doesn't seem to be installed on every config, with or without GFE. Strange.

Anyone know if the latest release has the dreaded 144Hz monitor "flicker" problem solved yet? While this doesn't effect everyone, for those it does, it's seriously annoying having to cap your monitor at 120Hz to stop it.

Can't be bothered to try installing "yet another" set of drivers and finding it's still FUBAR.

Thanks.

Apparently only partially fixed. Seems a mixed bag.

I found the telemetry stuff on my pc and I always do a custom install and only select the actual driver and physx driver. Getting fed up with all this spying stuff. It was bad enough with Windows 10 and now Nvidia are doing it too. If they want my information then they should bloody well pay me for it. Then again they probably can't be trusted to keep it safe anyway.

upgraded to new drivers now , nvidia control panel doesn't start with boot up anyone experienced that ?

have to manually start it then apply to use nvidia settings ?

edit:

still not working thought i fixed it but not

Guys anyone getting a weird issue with textures with these drivers..

don't know how to explain it exactly but if i stand still the texture looks fine but soon as i move the mouse its like the texture is coming in/out of focus? its like the brightness or sharpening of the texture completely changes when moving.

running 1080 with G-syn @ 144hz

Gonna roll back to the last set of drivers later to see if its still there.. was too late to do it last night.

anyone else experiencing sporadic game/windows crashing with this driver? errors usally mention something to do with 2d textures and DirectX.

Also getting a lot of flickering on X34.

what refresh you running your x34 at?

been doing some reading and think there could be an old bug back with high refresh rates. also noticed the texture/image bug i am experiencing on the desktop to.
