**THE NVIDIA DRIVERS THREAD**

The latest driver has crippled my fps. Was 80FPS in WoW (all ultra/high max settings) now low 40's to the odd spike to low tens and zero.

Reverted to 375.95 and issue is now resolved. It's a shame because I have just purchased BF1 and I could use a bit of optimisation for that game as well.

Guess he's referring to this:

"• Titanfall 2 - disabled SLI"

It was never enabled for Titanfall 2, but to be fair it's a valid point Richard makes regardless.

It'll be a single card system when I upgrade from my current SLI 980ti. I've had various SLI systems in the past, and support always seemed to ebb and flow but I think I'm at the stage now where I've had it with SLI. Even if support got better next year or whatever, I just don't think there's enough interest to make it viable for Nvidia and game Devs to spend the time on the optimisation.

For people looking at 1080p or 1440p 60Hz gaming systems, the single card solution is now here to stay so the market for SLI is gone.

I've had 4 SLI setups back to back, 480, 670 4gb, 780 3gb non ti and now 980ti. SLI support this year has quite frankly has been **** poor. The only triple AA game ive picked up this year where its worked or had support was the game that dont need it, Overwatch.

The COD's , F1 2016, TF2, Deus Ex didn't have or have SLI or the scaling was so poor and had issue it wasn't worth it, while I don't own it I hear SLI in BF1 is not good as well. As soon as I play the Witcher 3 DLC's I might just sell one of my cards. When the next good upgrade comes out (1080ti or Volta?) I will just be buying the best 3rd part clocking card.

Edit: DooM as well

If it weren't for the fact I have a block/loop connected to my two Maxwell Titan's I'd be selling one of them.

The bottom card in my loop will be coming out first week January. It'll be simple enough to just drain the loop, remove the card and refill.... no additional tubing or anything to do.

Someone is going to get a 980ti with 4 1/2 years warranty and a water block for a total bargain.

I have a solid connector between the two cards, so that would have to come out and I'd have to fit an alternate top for the top card, move some fittings around etc. It'd take me a good hour or two and I can't be bothered.
