Odd, I would've thought by now there'd be a game ready driver for Hogwarts Legacy considering the non early access is only 2 days away... unless they included it already and didn't mention it ?

They have included it but haven't mentioned it for some strange reason. It's showing up in the Nvidia inspector profile tool with tweaked settings when I checked in this new 528.49 driver, there was no profile for this game in the last driver 528.24.

I would've thought they'd want to make a big song and dance of it considering it launches with various Nvidia tech.

Performance in some games is strange now. W3 gpu usage drops to 0% randomly and Bf2042 chugs along in the menus around 3 FPS... Was all ok before.

Re-install or rollback?

No idea if my problem is the same as yours but when recording some gameplay, everything seemed fine when playing though when viewing the footage, the performance was very choppy and erratic.

Trying to download latest driver and it keeps failing right at the end of the download. Anyone know why? Whole system is up to date otherwise.

Just download straight from the main site and install that way, My net is a little flaky so sometimes does the same.

More information on RTX Video Super Resolution here:

Currently only supported on RTX 30 and 40 series cards with 20 series in the works. Only works for Chrome and Edge at the moment but someone already made a renderer for MPC: https://github.com/emoose/VideoRenderer/releases/tag/rtx-1.0

Nice but will not be replacing MPC Video Renderer in favour of this as MPCVR does the scaling and HDR output nicely and don't want to mess that up.

It works on any supported video through the browsers supported, and if using that renderer for MPC, then through there too.

I shall have to have a play around :)

EDIT

Tried it and setting a video to 480P seems to give decent results which is good news for me as my net is terrible, 11Mbps most of the time.
