Don't have time atm to mess about changing drivers but theres no way I'd break 100fps regardless of settings at that spot before - with all low settings and the latest drivers:

EDIT: BF4 gains are very varied though - running about on hainan with full ultra the gains are about 5% maybe whereas shanghai is more like 20%, running around with a mix of settings that I usually use that is more CPU bound than ultra the average gain is somewhere between 50 and 100%.

Thanks Roff, much appreciated. :)

That's the thing setter I always felt the game was smooth with SLI but this just feels better and those twitchy parts of certain maps now feels allot smoother.

Anyone else had a look at the performance graphs for BF4?
Ill re enable the performance graph tomorrow evening to see how things fare. Aside from a few laggy servers earlier the game does feel a lot better.

The wavey line thing is about the same for me on 337 as it was 335, though definitely a smoother feel in that area of shanghai. Fraps read outs give me a frame latency of 8ms before and after too.

Possibly, admittedly I haven't take them for an hour long whirl yet, especially as frame latency was the same on both runs, which should indicate the level of smoothness.

Can someone do some crysis 3 runs fully maxed at 1080? I have a hunch something in my system is acting up, before and after 337 I was lucky to average 40-55fps.

Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez Louise. I have only tested 3 games but wow!

Tomb Raider 335.23 - 1080P - titans stock - 3930K stock
116 - 147 - 179
Tomb Raider 337.50 - 1080P - titans stock - 3930K stock
128 - 164 - 214

That is a 10% improvement on minimum, a 11.5% improvement on the averages and a 20% increase on the maximums. Superb

Hitman 335.23 - 1080P - titans stock - 3930K stock
43 - 54 - 97
Hitman 337.50 - 1080P - titans stock - 3930K stock
60 - 77 - 122

That is a 40% increase on the minimums, a 42% increase on the averages and a 26% increase on the maximums. Sweetly impressive

Thief 335.23 - 1080P - titans stock - 3930K stock
40 - 72 - 136
Thief 337.50 - 1080P - titans stock - 3930K stock
55 - 100 - 159

That is an increase of 37% on the minimums, an increase of 39% on the averages and 17% on the maximums.

I have 3 BF4 maps to play but I am truly stunned. I no longer need to run my CPU overclocked and so impressed with the gains. I don't get bugger all at 4K in truth but at least now I know I no longer need to run the CPU with a big overclock. Seriously seriously impressed.

On to BF4 :D

Good stuff, will probably download the new drivers tomorrow (today).

Just shows that Nvidia doesn't even need to create their own graphics API to give us good performance increases and reduce CPU dependence :)

Siege of Shanghai I have only tested so far and again, gains galore.

335.23
Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
83185, 950717, 47, 201, 87.497

337.50
Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
117144, 1193345, 53, 201, 98.164

13% increase. This is fantastic and nVidia have done awesome. It clearly shows that they have had done some magic and these gains are across the board from my testing and not just the games they mention. Further investigating needed but too tired now.

Very pleased and running a stock CPU and seeing gains is a massive plus in my book

Edit:

You realise how tough that map is when you see those minimums on either drivers.

Edit 2:

I think we need to see some graphs. I will knock one up in the morning and should we have another thread, just for people to post their results?

Just had a good session on Firestorm and it felt butter smooth with the new drivers.

Will do some further testing tomorrow.

Good results Btw Greg.

I found it horrible playing at 1080P but to see those gains was worth it :D I didn't find BF4 any smoother in truth and I am quite picky when it comes to tearing and lag but then again, I always felt it was smooth anyway.
