Yes now that would be wrong. I was thinking more between two people where the rest of the world and society might consider it "wrong" yet the persons involved dont.

Well, interestingly, murder sometimes fits this description (assisted suicide with consent from all parties but illegal in the country).

Now this really is getting complicated.
Ok how about i rephrase it, I may or may not have done something that most people would consider "wrong" and "immoral" but I dont feel bad about it. Does that mean its ultimately wrong?
(and no I havent broken any laws in this country)

Ok, I can rule out the thing I was about to post then.

Edit: If you want to discuss it privately with me on msn, feel free to. It can't be that bad if it doesnt break any laws (we have too many laws as it is)...

Flat "mate" has been ****ing me off recently so last night when he was out I went and disabled the internet adapter on his computer.

He doesn't know much about computers so no Internet for him for a while.

I'm leaving in a few days and I do not plan on telling him what the problem is.

It's hard to say on the basis of theoretical discussion...I suspect most people would answer on the basis of their attitude towards the specific thing you're talking about rather than a general principle.

My view on it is that people should be free to do whatever they like provided they don't harm others or themselves.

I agree, but then what constitutes harm. As in if the thing that had happened wouldnt harm another person in the literal sense of the word, but it might upset them is it wrong?

Again, it depends entirely on the situation. In many cases it's right to tell someone something that would upset them, for example.

I dont know the person involved so technically they dont know I'M (what might be seen as) hurting them.
