The 'rents told me that they have a funky keycard system so you can get up to the rooms without having to go in the pub.

Oh, did I mention that the White Rabbit is also a pub? A big pub, a nice pub and a pub in which everyone can meet. It also has ample parking and is the easy to find from the Motorway. Plus for those who are comming by train it is quite literally a five minute walk :). Oh and its a PUB!

Get booking though, they don't have that many rooms!

For those that can't get in there, if there are any, I would say go for the Travel Inn and get a taxi/ bus back to/ from town when needed. Its the best value after The White Rabbit.

A Twin room at the White Rabbit would appear to cost £57, for those interested.

As single/twin/double rooms all cost the same I'd recommend people book twin rooms, in case there isn't room for everyone :)

     available check-in time is 11pm.

As MB says its a pub with easy transport access, I'd suggest it would make a good meeting point especially if a few of us are staying there. Check-in time is officially 3pm onwards but hopefully we should be able to do this before heading off to the bowling.

Oh and for anyone else concerned about booking this far in advance: "Bookings of 4 rooms or less can be cancelled or changed up to 4pm on the day of
arrival without charge. Bookings of 5 rooms or more can be cancelled or
changed up to 5 days before the arrival date without charge.

Oh really? Sweet I'll book up now then :)

Other people are staying both Friday and Saturday night right?

Any idea if there's parking nearby the pub? I'd prefer to drive but can get the train if there's not.

Indeed. It also said something about Express check-in possibly not being available before 4pm. The way I see it, how long can a standard check-in take anyway? It's a hotel, not an airport! :)
