The OcUK Powerlifting Totals

Hey all, sorry haven't posted in a while been manic, Morba & Lie made me aware that some people have hinted at maybe taking me off the list due to inactivity... If that's the consensus i understand no worries i know i haven't posted in ages!

I will try and post more regular though!

Current lifts as of last week...

Deadlift 240x3 Belt
Squat was 200x5 wraps and belt
Bench 155 x1 with writs wraps

My dead needs to fly up - been spending a lot of time with my chiropractor to get my back/Hip fixed, he thinks my right hip joint was stuck as if my leg was fwd, he has brought it back into line now and feels a hell of a lot stronger!

Also using myfitness pal currently nailing my diet, i recon droped maybe 3-4% BF look a lot more leaner and lifts still good :)
 
Nice work Jack. Have you thought about competing next year? I'm doing my first comp in Feb with ice and dom.

Thanks mate - I have issues with competing! I went into a SM comp before that i bulked and bulked and got to 17 stone! Got very strong but looked awful..

My main problem is week 1 ill want to be ripped so adjust diet/training towards that but obv strength comes down

Week 2 i will see sombody dead 200kg thinking they are the man and want to go rep 240 lol

I need to decide and STICK TOO a plan of what i want you know?

I know PL is based on weight so i could get in on the is it 90-100kg class? or cut up more and get in on under 90 maybe? I'm 91kg at moment..

There are a few of us that train - i think we could come down and watch one of them is 42 and wants to get in on the 100kg club so could arrange something yea
 
Jack you could compete in the 93 easily. As you have your diet nailed down you could even get down to the 83 without losing strength. Myself and ice are going to compete in the 83, and I plan on being stronger than I am now at my current weight :)

Got to be careful though mate. While I'm sat here my backs causing me issues, let alone deadlifting :p

deadlifting will straighten you out, just get on with it and take the idea that it will hurt out of your mind :)

Good work MrThingyx! I've been slacking for the last 2 weeks or so... Mixture of no training partner, awful winter darkness, lady problems and rubbish times at work... However, I'm getting stuck back in on Monday and I'll be coming for ya! :D

Jack, why would you want to give those numbers and lose your first place? :P
I think quite a few lifters aren't able to match their PBs right now so I don't think a downgrade is necessary.

Unless the people vote/decide otherwise, let me know.
