Cheers guys :)

Form started to go a little on the lift but felt comfy enough, there's more in the tank.

I trained this morning squats and deads, it was a good session :D
Then when I arrived home from work my new plates where here so it would have been rude not to lift them.

With the new plates I can fit 250 on the bar and no more! I'll reward myself with more new plates when I lift the 250 :D

It's a max lift so its not going to be the perfect example of form. More in the tank for sure.
