The OcUK Powerlifting Totals

I've got a 20kg kettlebell gathering dust. Know a good routine/circuit?

The one in Belfast is a push/pull comp. $190 entry fee. My brother has entered but it comes at a bad time for me.
 
Swings, swings and more swings mate. Not sure if 20kg will be enough but it'll be a starting point.

Pavel Starting Routine:
20 swings
Skipping/Jogging for 60 seconds

Repeat for 12mins.
 
I did indeed :D

I was nackered and ready to call it quits when my training partner said I should try 200.

We loaded up the bar and I messed up the unracking part but I hit it in the end :)

Hey can you change my bench to 140 please Christian, had a good sesh today and finally hot a long term goal :-) And yes my squat is weak.. I have nerve damage in my leg and cannot squat or work legs at all until it's repaired.. :-(

Was surprised myself to be honest, been a big goal ever since I hit 100 to get 3 plates a side on! I think not being able to do lower half has helped to improve the top :-)
