That's definitely a plan. Would cost us sod all if we split the petrol four ways. Not sure if Kelly could handle Chopper Daves driving all the way to Wales tho. :p

We have room for 10 cars at M&Ds and I am sure the campsite has enough parking

Right, I have updated the list on the first page. I am now waiting for details of the campsite so I can post them (I'll phone dad tonight).

Those people who are not listed in itallics MUST start thinking about booking space at the commercial campsite. Pembroke is a touristy area and campsites get booked up in advance as I have said I will post details soon.

Its best that we don't rush the campsite though and DO NOT tell them you are part of a big group UNLESS I post that dad has spoken to the farmer and he says its OK. Some campsites do not like large groups of people, I'll get dad to have a word and ask him if is it OK to have a larger group over there if we PROMISE to keep the party at my parents house, but untill I get the all clear be very cagey if you do book.

It looks like we have a lot of interest (but, not meaning to insult anyone) we know there will be drop outs. Please post ASAP if you can't make it and also if you want to be moved from the 'well thats a nice idea I'll express an interest' section to the 'I've bought a tent and insect repellant and nothing bar an earthquake will stop me now' section.

I now have 15 for the farm so unless you hear otherwise we are fully booked there and all further applicants are at the campsite.

Will put myself down for a provisional "Yay" (In italics ;) ) subject to approval from vix.

Oh and multimap reckons it's 326 miles from here (Apart from BigStan I believe that puts me furthest away and therefore with the longest drive to look forward to) so all you whingers can stop that right now :p

Oh and it looks like only 10 of those miles will be on motorways - Multimap is predicting 7 hours :p

MB, have you considered looking into hiring a porta loo?

Dunno what prices are like, but it might be something we can all split the cost of?

Seems like a sensible idea if we can do it.

Bringing people you know (bar partners) is normally a bad idea (those from the Kent meet will agree), it's very easy to avoid the group when familiar faces are around.

I agree with taking people you know that are from off the boards. Sometimes its OK, but generally it just means you don't join in.
