Hmmm... detour via Beserkers so we can tack on to the convoy? Its only slightly off the M4 and I'm sure it wouldn't harm for folks to be able to stretch there legs for a few before the (so I've been told) boredom that is the rest of the M4?

OK if you don't mind copious quantities of speedbumps (or about 11 to be precise), and a not very big turning circle. Membury services (just past J14) might be a better choice.

The Mondeo will have a new set of plugs, air in the tyres and new rear brakes. All especially for the occasion

Its raining so I can't give it a dry-run (chortle). But I have left my self-inflating mattress to do its stuff and its pretty impressive. Just making a list of things I have to compare with someone who knows what they're doing. Not been camping since school

Sleeping bag

On the brighter side, both my sombrero and my panama hat have now arrived

Just booked the bowling, I'm afraid that my disorganisedness (sic) has lead to a hicup . I only managed to get 4 lanes (24 players) for between 4pm and 5pm.

Sorry about that, at 6 I could have had 5 or 6 lanes but I thought once we bowl and drive back to the house this would impinge too much on drinking time.

Its only an hours distraction anyway, but only 24 will be able to bowl. We have to turn up 10 mins early and everyone must wear socks

Maybe what we can do is split into groups and some people bowl and other people do the maze ?

We'll sort it out .. they have a bar and some amusment games there anyway so people who don't bowl will have stuff to do
