*** The Official Battlefield 2042 thread***

What was this whole Ender's thing about? I keep getting video recommendations on YouTube but haven't had the chance to watch. Why is he so upset?
 
He got banned for being a complete arse to a bunch of the BF developers. I only saw clips of it but he was essentially naming different Dice developers he found on LinkedIn who worked at Dice and just going way OTT.

That's understandable. No one likes to be slagged off publicly.
 
I'm using a 7950X3D and a 3080 and

I've got one mate with a 3080 and as expected it runs like a dream at 4k ultra.

I am holding out for a year at least and then upgrading the 3080.

Coming from Intel to AM5 I have had no problems at all if it helps.

I'm running a 7800X3D and was just curious about the performance really.. BF2042 is the only game I play at the moment and I know it's a CPU beast of a game. :cry:

mines much older
but 5900x + 3090 at 4K ultra good 100FPS (with DLSS) cou barely hits 25-30% yet at 1440p its 60%

Yep been playing last week or so again after a break and it's working well at the moment

Hourglass is still horrifically terrible but looks like they are addressing it

Amount of content for this season seems good, looking forward to attachments for vault weapons
