Sensitivity just feels so messed up for me - enabled future frame rendering has fixed the issue with low CPU/ GPU usage but definitely gives me input lag.

Surprised people still use Kaspersky:p

On another note, been playing the 10 hour trial and so far seems like a solid upgrade on BF1 (which I thought was awful). More gun variety, better customisation. Maps are pretty good from what I've played. Fortifications actually work surprisingly well, and I've noticed the attrition system seems to have the perfect balance right now. I'm also getting revived a lot, especially by squad members.
As for graphics, people saying they are awful really need to head down to Specsavers;) - the only thing bad with the graphics is the TAA implementation, everything else looks gorgeous. Runs better than BF1 did on my aging 3570k CPU as well.
Reckon I might buy it come release day.

The only concern I have is how long this Tides of War system is gonna last.

this is it in a nutshell. the maps are terrible. graphics are terrible anyone saying they look great needs to get to spec savers. txaa makes it blurry like you got catarachs. whatever happened to just having a clean looking game where you can see ? totally off would look far better.

the game will be dead in a couple of months. there is no soul to it. bf1 is way better. bf4 is light years ahead. makes me wanna reinstall that tbh.

some will enjoy it good have fun. i personally just think they messed up or given us a moh game and called it bf5. whoever made the maps fire them.

oh and those that play vehicles will probably love them sit off spawns spam spam spam. skilless game that looks blurry.

best way to play this game is use a free trial or the £15 premium for a month. in that time you will know if you like or hate it or get a month of hammering it. by then you will of had your fill and saved yourself 20/30 quid doing so.
 
I'm getting more and more frustrated with this as I go.

Not only did I have constant crashing during the BETA I now have it on the full release, it's impossible to see a game of Grand Operations out, sometimes we're talking I'll get 5 minutes, sometimes half an hour but just a crash to desktop.

I seem to have tried the numourous suggestions online to sort this including disabling SMT for my Ryzen processor but no dice (pun intended). Simply no idea what to do at this time now.

i was wrong with pubg but that was mainly based on the bugs i had when i started playing it. there wasnt many bugs in this and had great performance. the problem is its just **** . it will be another hardline or failed moh game. 2 months dead. go back to bf4/bf1 for the rest.
 
Lol funny, game is FAR better than bf 1 (still not a patch on bc 2, bf 3 or 4 though)..... How people can say this game is skill-less but bf 1 is skill based is beyond me..... :o Yeah hold LMB and fire from the hip for days in bf 1 and rely on the sweet spot one hit one kill range sure is skillful and **** players relying on their crutches i.e. super powered elites + behemoths lel........

Vehicles OP too? Sounds like **** players moaning cause they can't destroy a tank with one rocket :D

Maps are rather meh but they are more than likely going to add a lot more over the 1-2 years.

Also performance is far better for me too, bf 1 ran like absolute ****.

I've tried one last thing which seemed to be suggested fairly recently on their forum and that was down to 1080p...this does appear to have resolved the issue as I managed to get through a game of conquest there, shockingly! It's the first time I've seen the end of round screen so far.

Will continue with this and see how I get on.

I have never played with uniform soldier aiming on as I like my ADS to be slower than my hip.

I was getting crashes with no error, game would just close out in BF1.
My fix was to slacken the memory timings.

Was then fine in BF1, and no crashes in BFV.
 
its the best way probably to play it. you will be able to smash it for a month and probably had enough by then. also the key prices will drop to 20 ish so if you do like it you will just end up paying same as basic if you do like it.
 
two maps already in the game are from 2010 medal of honor. the airbase one and the mountain pass one they just added snow.
