Can someone tell me how saving works in Bloodborne? I'm really only at the start of Central Yarnham where the lantern appears to go back to the graveyard.

I'm getting quite far and then dieing and I'm going all the way back to this point again.

Is there anyway progress can be saved?

You do, you go back to your previous lamp. You're supposed to find shortcuts to make navigating back to where you were quicker. The first lamp has a gate to the left that you can open from the other side to make getting back to later in the level much quicker.

As for saving the game is always saving as it spawns you in exactly where you left if you quit.

Could someone send me save game from bloodborne goty edition,pls.
Preferably ng+(after finishing the game for the first time.
I've got save game from 2016 but game doesn't see it? how to check version of the game from that save? I've got Bloodborne Goty now.

Can you guys stop bumping this thread please. I keep thinking that there will be news about a PS5 patch for bloodborne every time I see it come to the top of the forum :p
 
Bought this back in 2016, never got past 2 levels or levelled up all that time. Always gave up. But after playing elden ring on pc thought I'd give it a try.

Managed to kill cleric beast and father Gascoigne, levelled up a few times. Lovely combat, not as good as Elden ring but still impressive.

Just wish they would make a remaster with 60fps for pc.
 
I don't care what they do, just bring it back. 60fps patch or a complete overhaul, whatever.
Probably won't ever happen but one can dream.

They already made Demons Souls from scratch on the PS5. Was hoping they do something similar with BB.
 
I really wanted to get to grips with Demons Souls remake on PS5 but coming right off the back of Elden Ring, I just could not get to grips with the restrictive control mechanics and I found the game really difficult. I also tried Bloodborne but I now find it an impossibility to play at 30fps; really irritates my forever failing eyesight.
