Indeed, fury needs to take a good look at himself.

It's really becoming hard to defend boxing these days
In public they are telling you Ngannou is a threat, behind closed doors it’s more like this.

“I was at Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather’s house right before he fought Conor McGregor. And I don’t consider that a boxing match because Conor McGregor wasn’t no damn boxer – UFC champion but no boxer. So it was an exhibition in my mind, but I still listened.

Floyd Mayweather looks me in my face and he says ‘I’m gonna take him out about the eighth or ninth round.’ And I said ‘your hand’s always broken, you ain’t known for your punching power since you moved up from lightweight to welterweight, why are you so sure?’

“‘Stephen A, he’s a UFC fighter, and he’s a striker. He’s accustomed to coming at you and throwing punches. What he’s not accustomed to doing is punching while he’s moving backwards and pushing you off of him.
I’m gonna walk right into him and stay on his chest. He’s gonna have to push me off in order to throw his punches, he’s gonna be circling the ring. By round four or five he’s not gonna have any legs. He’s gonna be done. And I’ll just toy with him and keep him around till round eight or nine.'”

Fortunately the next couple of months is one of the best periods in a long time.

July 29th don’t miss it.

Hughes vs Kambosos Jr was apparently one of the worst decisions in boxing history last night. Most people and sites appear to have scored a large points victory for Hughes but two judges gave it to Kambosos, one by 6 rounds.

I'm not convinced by Kombosos, just doesn't seem to be that good, national level at best from what I've seen.

Up and coming Keyshawn Davis fought on the undercard, reasonably solid performance but nothing amazing offensively.

4 division world champion! Inoue is special

He didn't even look small or weak at the weight and clearly his power has carried up well. I wont be surprised if he steps up another division. This guy is such a treat to watch. The footwork is only second to Bivol in my mind and the way he throws his punches is so technically pleasing to watch. Probably the best power puncher in boxing. Also saw how he sneakily taken Mayweather Jr body stabbing jab? He truly has earned the nickname 'The Monster'

To be fair to the others, they all want to fight. It's a certain Mr Fury who seems to be allergic to fighting boxers.

After yesterdays fight I'm really looking forward to Sunday morning now

So Benn has been cleared by UKAD.

I don't know how I feel about this. I was a huge Benn fan but now, I just don't know. He may be clean and it may just be really unfortunate but the way he bulked up after going life and death with Cedric Paynaud (is that his name, cba to check boxrec) then bulking up and blowing people away?

I dunno... I just feel like brown envelopes have been passed around but ultimately, he is clear. Go fight boots.

Crawford is unreal. I made a prediction he'd get the stoppage in 9 but I didn't think he actually would.

There is a reason Al Haymon didn't want this fight and kept making Spence say 'cross the street'. He. Is. Special.

We've got to watch P4P #1 and #2 fight within one week. We've been spoilt. They're both so vicious too. Both are arguably the best finishers in the sport by some distance. Going to watch both of these fights again. What a treat

Spends activating the rematch clause. No point. Bud was far too dominant. Spruce has outgrown the weight and needs to move up
