Crawford vs Jaron Ennis makes sense. Ennis is 32-0-0 with 29 KO`s ( one was called a no contest due to opponent getting cut but he was smashing the guy up and would have KO`d him easily )

That was insane, completely flawless and one sided. I'd picked him to win but that was just a different level of performance.

Thought Spence looked seriously drained in the face during the ring announcement and he didn't appear to have much punch resistance. Having said that, Crawford looked leagues above him and all three knockdowns were incredibly well timed punches. Ended up a complete battering.

Well... now the dust has settled... I feel a bit lost in terms of whats next for boxing.

I had been looking forward to that fight for many years and it delivered. Now what? The last week had exceptional boxing on with P4P#1 contenders both fighting and both putting on one hell of a show

But now I just feel lost. There's no real mega fights happening. I'm looking forward to AJ vs Whyte 2 but I'm not buzzing about it, Canelo vs Charlo would be interesting if Charlo wasn't jumping 2 weight classes, Beterbeiv vs Smith has been postponed and outside of a British LHW dust up between Buatsi and Azeez. I've not got much I'm looking forward to.

Surely I'm missing some big fights?

Eubank vs Smith for me, I know it's nonsense, but Eubank is finished if he loses like that again so that brings the interest.

I think Eubank knows he is finished regardless, was he ever really started? Much to Baz’s point from a year or so ago, he chased big names to gain exposure for himself, then got well beat the 2 times he acutally fought anybody.

Bit of a nothing fight for me. I think Eubank Jr is entertaining and he is a fantastic wind up merchant. Just like his dad he knows how to rile people up and get under their skin. Though for all of the athleticism he possess, he never really utilised it as well as he could've had he left the ego and actually accepted training. Instead he tried to become RJJ Lite and failed massively. You can't teach RJJ style as it relied so heavily on natural ability/reflexes.

I mean, I'll watch it. But I don't care about it.

I cant wait for Eubank Smith 2. Im not saying it was a fluke but lets see it again after Eubank has been taught a lesson that he is not Mr Invincible like he believed he was.

Total number of PPV sales were probably in the hundreds, they realised no one really gives a toss about that fight

You knew it wouldn't be long before it happened again and everything Hearn said and done re Benn would come back to bite him on the arse. I'm sure he said that the board don't recognise VADA testing (and Benn's successfully argued that case against the board/ukad) and that he cannot pull the fight, only the board can. But it's the opposition fighter in this case so those things no longer apply I guess.

It's not a good look for Whyte though. He's already been banned for drugs circa 10 years ago and tested positive again a few years back, albeit successfully defended the case against him. It's about time UKAD were given some proper funding because it's never their tests that find these positive samples and whenever they try to charge these high profile fighters they get met with legal obstacle after legal obstacle and threats of being sued for loss of earnings and it all ends with the fighter cleared or some non punishment.

The card should go ahead imo, just be taken off PPV. Fights not been postponed but cancelled and has a big card. Unfair on the other fighters to pull it completely. Probably will though because of money.
