As far as I know MIUI 7 is only the Chinese version at the moment and no global version with playstore is out yet.

I think it did say that, but it wasn't the latest version. It came with this one: MIUI Version 66.66.77.00 - it was fully working, in English and Play Store, but there was some extra apps that I didn't want.

I'm assuming if you're in China and order it, it will come with MIUI 7 (?)
