BTW any1 manage to pick up a RGB cable? Mine get changed to backordered.

Might see if I can pick 1 up when I'm down at Ashford the weekend, just want to know what my chances are.

i'm sat on a little pier trying to fish but without any luck :(

Mine Just arrived :D :D need to wait till after 8 to play it though :(



As for the rgb the place I ordered mine from says it will not arrive until after Christmas, and I haven’t not heard or seen any one else getting the cable yet.


Edit, just need to wait for the games to arrive now.

My brothers machine just turned up, came in a white transit van with no markings (parcelforce 24!)

That's my weekend planned.
 
Had our works Christmas lunch today - came back at 4 to find mine had arrived :D Got indigestion from the turkey though - might affect my wii-tennis prowess later :( 1 hour till home time...

Are you beside the cat? If so, try and land your hook not far from the pier, as all of the fish seem to go past it. If you gently shake the wiimote up and down while it's cast, then you should attract a fish. Once you've got one, if you pull it up in stages - imagine a similar movement to the adverts of reeling in, but you only need to use the wiimote.

Sounds like loads of us are waiting on Parcelforce and its now 5pm :(

I spoke to a woman at the MK depot and she said they deliver until 18:30! Well I will believe that when I see it. When I worked at Target Express the drivers made collections in the afternoons and were always back at the same time each night, regardless of whether they had finished there jobs or not :mad:
 
Well, I got mine for my son, got to the giraffe store at 2:40am, there were already 3 people there, so me and my mate were the forth and fifth.

By 6am there were 15 people there which was all they had available, issued our tickets at 6 (along with tea and coffee!).
SO many people turned up after 6 and had to be turned away, many complaining "how can they all be sold when you dont even open untill 9am" erk.
They dont seem to think they will be getting anymore before christmas, so glad I did it now............even though I have not slept since 7am yesterday morning (34 hours!).

Time for bed :)
 
Got mine from the Wireplay logo people at about 10am this morning but couldnt play on it til 2.30pm. Been playing sparingly as my mum and dad have been completely hogging it.

Got mine finaly! Been fiddling with the sensor bar mainly. Can't seem to get it right? I've noticed you can't really be that far away from the bar, or it can't see the wiimote - Talking about 6/7 foot. Apart from that It's been great, and I got beat down on boxing by the GF which annoyed me. :/

Edit - Just to note I'm really suprised on how well composite is looking on my 40" Sammy.

It's fine for me, a little tinny but you'd expect that from the size of device it's in.
The Wiimote is certainly smaller than I thought it would be, but the nunchuck is nice and comfy.

My dad saw me playing SUper Monkey ball and thought it looked stupid, I loaded up Wii Sports and showed him tennis, he wasn't that impressed. Then had a game of bowling and he suddenly asked me for a try, he ended up saying it's fun. Which is a huge step for him.

mines fine, im sitting about 11-12 feet away i'd guess
