lol I really don't care about stats, it's just something I've always done to get a feel of a map. Hopefully it will be like Halo in that respect then.
 
Luvin the devils lair multiplayer level but sometimes you end up playing with people who never revive you and just run to the end leaving you behind etc had a few games with some cool people though and it was epic, seriously can't wait to see what levels are in the full game, i prefer multiplayer where you play as a team rather than vs
 
Orbs of Light are glowing balls of energy generated by other Guardians when they use their super abilities.[1] Orbs can be picked up by any other player in the Fireteam, and provide a large boost to a player's super ability recharge meter.[1] The super ability recharge boost when the player picks up an Orb appears to be larger than the boost that players receive from kills, time, or other actions.[1] Orbs of Light do not appear to serve any other function, and are a cooperative gameplay mechanic designed to encourage players to play in Fireteams and reward them for working together.[2]

I'm not on how exactly you generate them - maybe when you get critical hits/kills or a few kills quickly?

Edit - so you get them for using your special then. Nice to encourage teamwork and playing together then. using your special when others are around so they cna then benefit from it too

But it just drops blue/white orbs (you won't see them on your screen) and your team can pick them up to charge up their special attack quickly.

You may have noticed them yourself if other people drop them
 
Is the crucible a simple text of : best equipment wins?

I got a fair few kills but other people seemed to have a lot better weapons...

Does it matter much what weapons each class uses? Or are you seriously nerfing a class using say a automatic rifle with hunter?

Equipment level is not used in the crucible. One shotgun is the same as another.

The Iron Banner is where your equipment actually matters.
 
Really enjoyed getting to level 8 in this game....thats pretty much the end of the BETA though! Can't wait for the full game now!

I don't really have any IRL friends who will be getting this (they're all FIFA and nothing else) so i'll be missing out on a huge part of the game not being in a party!
