Will probably be back again next season for a bit, I always wind up quitting after a while, but it's always fun until that point is reached.

I'd love to see them tweak bounties though, still the biggest bug bear I have. they aren't that fun, but I can never bring myself to do them for item re-rolls,

I wish they'd just make it so that you could re-roll items with souls + some other materials maybe, I think I wound up with 3-4k souls this season that I just couldn't spend.

You have no idea how long I've been waiting for Gaby to get banned. Last season he literally was online and farming every hour of the season except for a single hour of maintenance, he's such a blatant botter, has obvious turboHUD elements on his stream and so on AND FINALLY HE'S GONE.

Is it a permaban? I'd love for him to lose absolutely everything.
 
Yeah it's a permanent ban. He's lost all his characters, progress, place on the leaderboards, everything.

It doesn't matter to him, his fangirls always buy him a new account and he just starts again the next season. IIRC he's been banned every single season and loses the leaderboard spot every time. Guy never learns.
 
The guy has issues, I despise botting and was longing for him to be banned but you can just tell by looking at him something isn't right in his life. D3 is his escape, it's all he lives for pretty much.

It's a shame the only tactic that seems to work is to ban them towards the end of seasons but by that point a lot of people have already gave up due to the botting issue anyway.
 
Too little too late if you ask me. I can't be the only one who got tired of grinding for things only to see others do it while they are sleeping. I would see people in my clan logging in at silly hours, and never saying anything, just endlessly rifting.

Blizzard needs to take a firmer stance and ban more frequently.

Never to late to ban cheaters imo.

Ideally you'd like it to be done better but at the same time I can appreciate Blizzard doing this too.

Maybe, but isn't it more fun when they ban them later into the season so they can't easily catch up and they lose all progress?

Not really as many have stopped playing because of the botters and it's too late now to come back and achieve anything. FYI they haven't banned all botters either, only the ones caught during a small window of opportunity they had.

So this guy does this every season and gets banned, yet so many people continue to watch and support him/subscribe via twitch. That doesn't make sense. Did his friends get banned too?

He didn't even looked surprised. Oh banned? I did nothing?
 
Paragon 289, able to farm T9 pretty comfortably now despite no socket in my weapon. Still no damn Ramaladni's Gift. Really don't want to reroll 10% damage off of my WoW :(

Yeah that's the sad thing with Gabynator. A legit player would be furious they are banned, completely confused, and emotional. Gaby is just like "Banned? Okay."

Basically an admission.

Guy has no shame, never really follow db3 streamers so don't know all of them, but you would have thought being publically humiliated like that he take a breather. Still streaming like he not bothered. Also noticed from the battlenet forums more than one SoS player got it too.

Did Chainer get done too?
 
People saying 2 weeks left of the season, how do we know there are 2 weeks left? (Only just started D3, got a few characters levelled with what are probably mediocre items, but they seem nice to me. Not sure if I can be bothered to start again).
 
I think they mentioned that the current season will last 3months and the seasons started late January if I remember correctly
 
Anyone reckon we'll ever see another expansion for D3? It's all feeling a bit stale and I haven't played for a couple of months. It would be nice to have something new that introduces some big changes.

Or will there be no new expansions, but a Diablo 4 in seven years time?

Chainer doesn't bot, neither does DatModz. Those are the only 2 high profile SoS members that don't. I'm not saying the entirety of SoS bot but 90% of them do. SoS is compromised almost entirely of DNA members after it fell apart and they were a clan that botted every extra hour of every season and took advantage of every single exploit to the fullest. Scumbag crew basically.

What DatModz and Chainer are doing in it I don't know.
 
Modz and Chainer might not bot but they benefit from playing with botters in their group.

IMO they would be better joining a clan which is a bit stricter on keeping a bot free membership.

Chainer if anything has sorta went down in my opinion since the banwave, all he has done on stream is whine like a lil kid about how he has to play solo now because his group got banned.

In his opinion botting helps the game because the botters are the people active when a season is dead :) that logic .

BTW theres a nice post on reddit showing before/after screens of all the US leaderboards, you can see how many SoS guys have been banned :)
