One huge thing is you haven't cubed any skills (extracted the legendary powers)

Yes mate, thanks I cannot get to the legendary **** as I dont have standoff, and i failed 14 crafts so far. I am running low on deaths breath.
I dont really understand the game that well but thanks for the guide Ill try to follow that.

It's the game tbh, you just need to run more rifts to get more deaths breaths. Higher torments often give double drops from elites, so at T10 I normally get 20-25 DB per rift, quite quickly get to several hundred tbh even without Sage set.
You've been playing only a few days what do you really expect? Nothing is instant.
Looking at your profile I can see why you're dieing, your not just missing a standoff for damage you're missing all your survival and additional items for better damage. You should look at Diablofans (not icyveins it's not really a goto site for diablo imo) and look at the builds there. The top rated Barb build uses a mix of Immortal King and Raekor for better damage.
You've done well for a few days but if you really want to keep progressing I'd suggest reading more about Barbs on Diablofans.
Join the OcUK clan and ask questions there, plenty of people to help.

Thanks, I was not expecting to to t10 instantly to be honest, I was just looking for some guidance. Thanks so much for your input. I have some immortal bits I will look at the Diablo fans they tend to put a lot of shortcuts in their builds which I still dont understand.

For now the Weapon/Belt of IK is what you want, You will need to cube the "RING OF ROYAL GRANDEUR" to be able to utilise the higher tier builds.
I would recommend you at least cube some of your not used legendaries ( http://www.diablowiki.net/Kanai’s_Cube#Extract_Legendary_Power ) to get the mats you will need todo the bounties so go to the map ( M ) and start with the bonus bounties stage and work your way through them all. And as stated above, Just keep grinding normal rifts for keys, and work your way up Greater rifts. From doing this your generally gain mats/gear upgrades.
I think that would be more of a t10 farm build since their using the shrine bracers for more elite packs = more deaths breath.
That build is poorly optimized too.

If you need any tips for optimizing some of the current gear (some are good drops just need reforged, and a few talent changes) it could help a little. I'm not sure on your exp with the game so feel free to ignore

Yeah very strong at the moment. I have a reasonably well geared Wizard and same for Crusader. Crusader is much more relaxed to play, Wizard puts out awesome DPS but also dies really easily compared to Crusader.
I've just done an 80 in 7 minutes on my Wizard, should be able to push higher with current gear and paragon levels, just gotta play through the potential deaths I think.
I've made some progress, now got standoff and 300spear in the cube, and just yesterday I've dropped goldwrap, with the hoarder boon it should be better (hopefuly can survive the lasers from blue mobs those can one hit me), the ring or royal grandour I just cannot drop. I am unlucky I guess. So for now I just have a better gold pickup radius.

Also If I am doing single target like a BOSS should I change battle rage for war cry ? Cos if I do Boulder toss on him I have to do like 5 furious charges to him to get the fury back??
Managed to craft helfire amulet with nerves of steel passive, So I have 5 passives now. I hope they are good.

ring of royal G is farmable from adventure mode bounty caches. Act 1 caches can drop the ring
just farm them should only take 1-3 sets at most.

I notice a lot of Wizards seem to use "Magic Weapon", why is this used over "Familiar" with "Sparkflint" rune?
Familiar is useless, magic weapon has runes that generate shields for you whenever you deal damage and other effects.

I think I have a passive that already gives me a shield, the bonuses from Magic weapon don't seem to be that significant. Unless I'm missing something, which I guess I must be given its popularity.
