Getting a little frustrated at the moment trying to complete a set (or any set other than Sunwuko's for that matter):( Trying to get Uliana's but only had 2 pieces drop. Gambling for them has netted me 8 Sunwuko shoulders, crafting them does too and grifts or normal rifts they just don't seem to drop! (doing t4 and grift 20ish)
 
Yeah, it really sucks when you're getting loads of the sets you don't want. You should try maybe using the cube to upgrade rares to try to get the parts faster if you aren't already.
 
Yea I been using the rare upgrade method and re-rolling duplicates but they have to be uliana's which just isn't rolling...

Until NOW lol..just got the shoulders :D Hopefully my luck will bring me the rest soon too lol
 
Anyone have any issues with Wraiths (Phantoms, Shadow of Death, etc.) in GR60+ and the damage they deal with their life "suck" ability? As soon as it applies I take so much damage and it can't be removed by running behind a wall or out of sight.

I'll just straight up die or proc Spririt Vessel if there's a few of them. If they part of a pack I just have to skip it and hope they don't follow me :/ 18.7 mil toughness, 3.2 mil healing (87k lps/38k loh), 782k health.

Literally the only mob that gives me problems, and it's blocking progress getting above GR60 cleared.
 
Gota say - loving the Crusader, not played one before and they are awesome. Looking forward to getting enough of the gear to play the Hammerdin build! Loving the changes blizz has made over the last year or so. What a great game it has evolved into.

On PTR i was using hex - jinx on ghosts with zombie bears build, also make sure your using an esoteric alteration.

But yeah even on my monk if i go into a ghost rift i just bail straight away its not worth the headache
 
hi all i got a lev 70 wiz paragon 504 im running mainly firebirds set with tal rasha's (1st bonus in set).

iv been playing with other wizards and they are running full tal rasha's and are smashing monsters.
on t10 im doing about 5-11mill crit dam.

Just not sure what todo, im trying to follow a build atm (delrashas) from diablofans.

Any advice would be appreciated.
 
As you said yourself you only have 2 pieces at the moment of the talrasha when your friends with the full sets are performing better.

Thats to be expected as the majority of end game builds rely on full sets plus the appropriate weapons and off hands to make them work.

Only advice i can give early game is try and group with people of the same class that way your all sharing loot that drops etc. Your also looking to farm 2 differrent sets Deleseres and Tal Rasha so that means you have twice the farming to do. :)

If your checking diablo fans try and look up starter builds, they are bound to hav eguides around having very few legendary pieces.
 
Did this season to get the rewards, then decided to stick with it for a while, able to solo a level 45 grift atm (I know pretty low but I'm impressed)

I didnt realise how quick it is to level these days, I have one of each character and levelled them quite a while ago so never appreciated fully all the changes that affect you while you level initially - kids these days, they have it too easy lol
 
Cheers for all the boosting this weekend guys.

Just about capable of running T9 now - if I can grind out a couple hundred more Paragon levels and find a Unity I reckon I'll be good to know for GR50+ and beyond.

I think I was running the wrong rune on Batllerage that run as well, would have to check the leaderboard to confirm, but means we may have been lacking in some dmg as well. I think it was leftover from when I was checking out the rend build.
 
Aye will check my rune when I get home too.

Also had Ancient IK boots I just hadn't rerolled, was given an Ancient IK belt (thanks NWDS!), and I crafted a better Ancient Gavel. New one has slightly more DPS, but more importantly + 1400 odd vitality over my old one so my toughness is a bit crazy now :D

Perfect Gavel would be good dmg roll, str, 10% dmg, Life per fury spent, and socket. That is on my wishlist.

Also gunning for Ancient IK helm and Ancient IK gloves for nice stat boosts there.

One thing I didn't realise is that you can double heal by spamming battlerage, so that is going into my arsenal too :)
 
Yeah, I am still looking for the perfect ancient Gavel. Mine has massive dmg but no life per fury spent, it has area dmg. Probably should have just rolled that to LPFS, but was hoping area dmg was going to be working this season.

Aye, spamming battlerage is good, that is the way we used to heal during the old raekor charge days.

Talking of Raekor, I think I am going to have a play with my other seasonal barb as an IK / Raekor barb with InGeom in the cube for some nice T8 farming. Worked reasonably well last season without the cube so should be even better this season.
 
Aye Seismic Slam build looks interesting to for a mess about, I am on the hunt for a decent Ancient wep for that spec just to have a mess about. I have been keeping any decent Ancient Raekors pieces I found, same with the Leapquake stuff, more to try :)

I am finding that WW is good for farming T8/T9, I have almost all separate gear now for both barbs, am just swapping my hellfire amulet between them when I want to play one or the other.

6IK/2WW Rend spec also seems to work well, but have Fury issues with low density, especially on the boss. With RORG I went 5IK/2WW and Fury of the Ancients shoulders, the result is a reasonable clear rate of GR50 as seen here:


HOTA spec seems to be the king of group grifts though!
