Having played some time with HOTAS & dual joysticks I can honestly say I prefer the latter.

Using two joysticks gives ultimate control of the lateral thrusters, combined with cheap racing pedals for forward thrust it allows for highly complex & intuitive manoeuvres.

Currently using,

Left stick.
Thrustmaster T-16000m

Right stick.
Logitech 3d Pro Flightstick.

Pedals.
Thrustmaster Ferrairi Challenge wheel (comes with pedals)

Came to just over £100 in total.

I was tempted with the Warthog, but the lack of stick twist put me off - the others required rudder setups & lacked double twist function.

I have everything mapped on my Thurstmaster T.Flight HOTAS X and only time I find my self using the mouse and keyboard is on Galaxy map, which is quicker to look for things and when you need to search for a system by name. I have two buttons mapped as shift on HOTAS so most buttons have 3 functions. Seems hard at first but after a few days it just feels normal.

I love my Hotas X and my viper, just finished bounty hunting for the night :P

I'm totally addicted to this!!

I absolutely hate the grind, makes me want to blow my own ship up!

I have started going pvp and let me tell you that is the opposite of dull. Doesn't make much money but the stakes are so high that it's never boring.

So, got the 'conda last night :D
Sooo much nicer to fly than the T9!

Only done 2 trading runs, and as per every other ship "upgrade" I have done since I started...

I'll get the insurance back over the next few hours gametime ^.^

That's with a full cargo hold.
I have either insurance or cargo.. Same as when I went to the T6 / T7 / Python / T9. :D

But, but... 8 hours of trading rares vs 1.5 hours in the 'conda...

It'll be fiiiiine. :D
I could/should have spent another hour or two in the T9 before getting it, but I am impatient.

Sold all other ships to get it - Feels like some risk that it may be sidewinder time :o

so now the titan have been submitted, and the it was much closer to core, i'm coming home from the visits to some 10 Kepler systems! looking forward to seeing how much exploration cash i have made!

PC/Mac should use the same as people will be using bootcamp already.

Consoles they advised it would share the same Galaxy state, but not sure if you'll be able to play together or not.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to, everything is stored on their severs. Then again, it is Apple so I wouldn't hold your breath!

wouldn't be an apple thing to sort TBF !

hope you can use same save would be nice when the missus want me out of the mancave for a bit.. then I could carry on were I left off downstairs on the mac :)

everyone wins :)

So I mentioned that I had gone pvp right? What systems were you trading in?:p

Finally discovered another Earth-like! :)

Had a bit of a drought; seemed like I was bumping into them every couple of dozen systems then had a 300 system gap before finding this little gem.
