How long has that discount on the anaconda got left to run in Zaonce?

I am 20 million away from being able to get it, I'd want to get at least 12 million over as I'll need to trade my Python in then use the 12 to fund a smaller ship to grind up the funds to run the anaconda.

If it's only a couple of days I don't think I can sit in a res for 10 hours to grind the 32 mill out in one hit.

Yeah, it's a nice effect.

Incidentally, white dwarf and neutron stars also cause lensing; watch the video below from about ~30 secs to the 1 minute mark:

Do the tutorials but don't be concerned if you get your butt kicked on the later combat ones, might also be worth staying in solo mode until you are comfortable with how the majority of it works. Do not fly without enough funds to cover insurance unless you are happy to lose everything.
 
Fired this up for the fist time in a month or so today! Runs real nice on the new 970 :) much better. Originally i was playing with kb/m is a controller a more viable option?

Anyone here play solely using a pad?

I never got that far into it before, was just getting to grips with it really!
 
I was coming back from doing some exploring in a Sidewinder, had around 20 Jumps left to get back to my Vulture and I was just Deep Scanning all the Unexplored Stars on the way back as I jumped from System to System, I'd just jumped in to one and my phone rang, I had throttle at 0% from the jump so went on the phone and wandered off in to the kitchen for a drink, came back and out of the corner of my eye I see my Sidewinder getting shot the **** out of.. It's at 2% and then boom. An NPC had ****ing Interdicted me while I was AFK, lost all that Exploration Data. :(

Awesome, I'm just starting with the sidey as I never played post beta. Although for some reason I have an Eagle in one of the stations I don't know what to do with.

What did you set off with outfitting wise? What methods do you use for exploring? I really fancy going off on an adventure :)

All you need is a discovery scanner and a fuel scoop, anything else is optional. Ideally you would want the best frame shift drive you can afford and a detailed surface scanner as well.

The hauler can be fitted out to make a great little explorer for very little credits (see below), perhaps you could sell that Eagle you're not using to help pay for it?

comes to just over 76k for a basic spec explorer; any additional credits you may have can be put into upgrading the frame shift drive, fuel scoop and discovery scanner/surface scanner.

edit: if you have access to the Founders World (which I suspect you do?) then you can knock another 10% off the above costs :)

Had a little mess about on a 360 controller does work well i imagine after some configuration i could be happy with it!

Got a viper last night, can someone explain or point me to how to load out the ship properly? On the right hand screen, what do i do about the bounty scanner etc? Sorry if this makes no sense lol
