I noticed EA have a sale on for the next 48 hours of their iphone/ipod apps, anyone tried any of these on the iPad and were they any good scaled up?

Ive tried a few iphone/ipod apps on my ipad and some scale up pretty well when played in x2 mode, others have looked dodgy as hell.

For some reason, I suspect there won't be an iPad with a resolution of circa 4000x3000 anytime soon

I'm going to pick up Docs2Go I think (not got my iPad yet ), seems to have better support for loading from Google Docs and Dropbox, also the text editor options seem better too.

Seems the blotches are temporary. According to some reports it's the bonding that hasn't completely cured by the time it leaves the factory. Given a few days it's ok..

Just paid the crazy price for logmein on the iPad. Best app I have bought yet! Very useful to schedule downloads from the sofa or send some files through that I haven't got on the iPad. It's so smooth and runs much better than I was expecting!
