Rogue Drones - Kinetic / Thermal (Drone Controllers and Devastators do EM and one or two dish out Explosive but KIN/THERM are the primary two)
Angels - Explosive / Kinetic (Explosive missiles only)(Saint does Thermal / Seraphim does EM) - Apparently Cherubim does thermal but unconfirmed
Thukkers - Explosive / Kinetic (But all 4 damages are dished out)
Gallente Navy - Thermal / Kinetic (High end officers do EM - According to VaderDSL)
Caldari Navy - Kinetic / Thermal (Kinetic Missiles)
Amarr Navy - EM / Thermal
Minmatar Fleet - Explosive / Kinetic (But all 4 damages are dished out)

That wasn't right pre-RMR, nor post-RMR. I'm not sure where you're getting your data from but its wrong.

Before RMR they did damage in every single damage class, which made them the hardest NPCs to fight in the game. Back in those days I was very proud of my Domi being able to deal with a dual warlord (BS) spawn, something few ships at the time were capable of doing without warping out and warping back in again having replenished their tank.

Post RMR those guys mainly do Explosive and Kinetic. A couple of the BSs also deal Thermal, as byron pointed out, so for tanking purposes generally an active hardener for both Explosive and Kinetic, and a passive thermal one will be sufficient. Now I'll quite happy tank a triple Nephilim (tougher BS than the old warlord) spawn or bigger in my Domi without it breaking a sweat.
 
Hardeners? What are they?

Retribution doesn't need hardeners, pah.

BTW - Get those named passives (Centus jobbies) and have the relevant armor skill at level 5 and you'll have better resists than with active hardeners.

CONCORD: Even damage across the board.

The missions you partake in for factions such as Sansha's, Angel Cartel, Guristas etc. will see you shooting CONCORD quite often.

Most rats now (since RMR) have exactly the same resistances on both armour and shield.

Well it's always been best to use Explosive on Angels anyway, certainly not thermal but now since RMR Angels ALL have explosive as their lowest resistances on both shield and armour and not a single Angel throws EM missiles any more, they are all explosive.

I just want people to have the correct, latest info available.

For Angels I have put together a handy lookup sheet - You can download it here, it's designed to be printed as each page just fits on a sheet of A4. I have it laminated and next to my monitor.

And this is a very good rat lookup database using post RMR data.

your right, sorry, I just posted that froma file I had, I happen to know that angels are now most suseptable to explosive damage over all others, but they still do ALL damage types (atleast the cruiser do in missions) from what I have seen.

Check the sheet I posted above for an accurate list. No Angels do all damage types, they all do Explosive and Kinetic, some do EM as well and some do Thermal as well, but none deal out all types.

And Angels have always been most susceptable to Explosive. Trust me, I've been living in Angel space for nearly 18 months :p ;)

oopsie there feek I think I have your "/" :p

and yeah whenever I go up against ships I try and find out what their shield/armour resists will be and as Feek says they are now matched for some reason

I've been down in Molden Heath / Curse nigh on 3 years soon!

also I didn't meen they ALL do all damage, I meen that as a whole corp they do ALL damage types, ie theres atleast one angel that does each type of damage

Didnt you see my post on the damage types, i even name the angels that do thermal and em damage. :p
