Please excuse me if you already aware of this, but it worked pretty well when we were outnumbered by a factor of 5 while at empire war.

Have alts scouting your system, and if you find they are camping your station in small numbers send out a frigate to be the bait, wait till they aggress the frigate, all undock in your gank fitted battleships and pick them off one by one before safe spotting. Not an incredibly noble tactic but at the end of the day if your seriously outnumbered it will frustrate the crap out of your enemy.
It sounds like you are in a similar situation as we were, outnumbered and outgunned, but inteligence and strategy more than make up for that.

No worries. OcUK are a mining, production and noob corp, they're a juicy target for anyone looking for easy kills.
I imagine you have some hefty implants plugged in?

Unfortunately we're not outnumbered... But we are outgunned... (like the title of Prodigy's latest album but the wrong way round :/)

jsut let them blob around in empire, monitor them with cov-ops, as soon as one falls behind the pack, its oh noes for him :D

Id also suggest making all your members leave your public chat channel (if you have one) so that there is no chance of the enemy getting intel or potential leaks of your tactical information

My general advice would be to not use Smartbombs in empire, unless you're prepared to get concordokkened. There are just too many things that could trigger you to have done something naughty in their eyes. Innocent passers by, orbitting alts etc.
Having said that I did get a pod kill an enemy in empire courtesy of two large smartbombs I had fitted to my Domi at the time (was empire running.) A gank squad of something like 7 caught up with me, and whilst my Domi was doing a damn good job of tanking the damage they were dealing, it was a losing battle. Both smartbombs got fired with a second delay. First one caught the tackler/frigate, second one caught the tacklers pod :D
5 seconds later and Concord opened fire on me and took me out.
 
My corp recently got war dec'd by a certain immature and angry ex-member, who hired a merc corp to kill us. In the end their losses outweighed ours about 2:1 :D

We found that the most effective tactic to use is just 'gank and fade' , like DanSolo said. Also, don't understand the power of tech 1 frig swarms ;)
Covert ops are incredibly useful as well.
 
Well if the directors aren't going to fight, it seems a little pointless us coming out.
If you ever need a hand though, please do give us a shout.

Dym said he wont be fighting, Scetrov too i think, but it doesnt stop the rest of us fighting. I'm training for covert ops atm so i can sneak around :D
