Where did you see Brock's weight? 30lbs is a lot to cut in 5 days and still remain effective over a few rounds.

30lbs for a guy that is 300lbs of muscle is just water weight. A big dump and a wee should see him make weight

It may be just water weight but it's still a lot of water, dehydration can screw you over.

He should be fine, sounds standard. If it's true it's only 26lbs, less than 9% of his weight.
GSP 190+ to 170 is a much bigger cut and I'm sure Aldo's cut is a monster.

I personally hate the weight cutting thing, I'd love for a same day weigh in but I doubt that'll happen. In northern ireland the weigh ins in some of the major mma promotions are 2 days before and it's a joke how much weight can be gained back in 2 days.

I'll always support the Edgars of the world who fight at their proper weight class.

Don't see why anyone is surprised with it beeing a Diaz and all

Going to be some great fights on friday. Brock won't be worrying over cutting weight, im sure he has said he loses so much during training that he has to put a lot of it back on again.

It was on a few other forums, as i said nothing confirmed just rumours but if you google "brock 291" a few people are saying it.
