Rematch is the best option imo , gsp will not be fighting till november - why have the condit sit around for 11 month's allmost this way we get a fight most people what to see and so on

Some very close, could go either way fights but here's my picks for 144.

Lightweight Championship bout: --- Frankie Edgar vs. Ben Henderson
Light Heavyweight bout: ------- Quinton Jackson vs. Ryan Bader
Heavyweight bout: ------------ Mark Hunt vs. Cheick Kongo
Welterweight bout: ------------ Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Jake Shields
Lightweight bout: ----------- Takanori Gomi vs. Eiji Mitsuoka
Middleweight bout: ---------- Yushin Okami vs. Tim Boetsch
Featherweight bout: --------- Hatsu Hioki vs. Bart Palaszewski
Lightweight bout: ----------- Anthony Pettis vs. Joe Lauzon

why bader over rampage? he has nothing for him imo rampage has shown great tdd against rashad and jones and if he got hurt from tito imagine what rampage would do

The chin is questionable from bader definitely, and Rampage will definitely put on a good show to knock him out simply cos he gets more Asian girls the following few hours.

I can't go against Frankie Edgar anymore, dude has proved himself big time.

He is faster and has better hands than Bendo, and I can't see Bendo taking him down when Maynard, Sherk and others have struggled to.

Punching power is the only thing I give to Bendo.

Bendo, I think, will use his muscle to clinch him up. I don't think he can or should try for a KO but instead try to wear on Edgar and grind him down then try lock in a sub.

As for Bader I picked him because I like him :D He might have the power to KO Rampage but it's as unlikely as ever. Should be another great fight.

I think bendo will use the clinch and stick to frankie like glue and work on submissions, if that fails after 2 rounds he will just have to out strike him with leg kicks and punches.

Its gonna be an epic fight but bendo knows he has to take the belt from him.

Everything is going crazy at the moment!

The rematch was off because Diaz turned it down, then apparently it was back on again and then breaking news from the last hour...

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has confirmed that one of the fighters from UFC 143 returned a positive drug test!

But they haven't named the fighter yet...

It'll be one of the prelim card fighters I reckon, doubt any of the big names would be daft enough to get caught these days, just not worth it.

lol was about to post the news... yup every ones checking sherdogs forums, guess were all dieing to see and hear the news.

It did seem very odd the whole diaz/condit rematch or not thing, its impossible to say for sure but its looking likely !

per Keith Kizer:

The following athletes were tested: Nick Diaz, Carlos Condit, Fabricio Werdum, Josh Koscheck, Renan Barao, Ed Herman, Dustin Poirier, Max Hollaway, Matt Riddle, Henry Martinez, Edwin Figueroa, Alex Caceres, Matt Brown, Chris Cope, Rafael Natal, Michael Kuiper, Stephen Thompson and Dan Stittgen. All results received thus far have been negative, except Mr. Diaz tested positive for marijuana metabolites. A complaint for disciplinary action against Mr. Diaz has been filed.

Yeah Diaz AGAIN.

Bye bye rematch and bye bye title shot.

He has messed up to many times already.

The only MMA forum worth checking is the Underground ;)
