Cracked me up in the third when Nate threw his arms out in typical chav 'come on then' fashion and Henderson just clocked him clean on the chin and sent him to the canvas yet again.
 
The TUF 16 card was exellent by all accounts. Lots of hard hitters there. Only a couple of matches which went all the way. Oh, and my boy Big Country got another KO. :D
 
Its always good to see Roy get the win in his typical fashion but he struggles against top 5 opponents (Mir, Werdum, JDS). If he gets that punch its good night but if not then his cardio gets the better of him but for a big guy his cardio is great just not great enough to challenge for title contention in my opinion. I want to see Nelson V Hunt, 2 guys who throw hard and have granite chins.

A bit disappointed that colton won, the UFC doesnt need another lay and pray artist - the only saving grace is if he gets himself to a good gym and learns some decent stand-up.

I just wanted colton to let ricci show some style, let him bang bro ;)
 
Both TUF finals were really enjoyable. Shame Colton won though. Was really hoping Ricci would have pulled off that armbar in the last 30 seconds.

Would love to see Nelson/Dos Santos rematch if he wins in a couple of weeks!

must admit im not a fan of Colton.. all that stuff he says about the military i find off-putting in the same way some other fighters praise jesus/god for their win.
however, i dislike Ricci even more :)
 
Sure, he's hardly the most exciting fighter but Colton manhandled Ricci with ease, doesn't help that he's a LW though.


Lauzon is an animal. What was Nick thinking?

Got tickets for the London show next year for xmas and floor seats, can't wait.

Also hoping Cain get's the win this weekend, I really like both fighters but I would rather see an all rounder as champ than someone who wins by boxing all the time. I know JDS goes on about his BJJ but it's MMA and not a big fan of punchers only.
 
I have been watching the TUF smashes over the past few days, so glad ross whooped g spots ass in the final.

It was funny seeing george marked up on one episode, I guess that was after ross's striking coach put the beating on george :D:D
 
JDS better win this, if I don't see him fight The Reem for the UFC Heavyweight Championship in 2013 then I'm going to be very unhappy :mad:
