Rousey has tested positive, what for/when?

There is a HUGE difference in drug use though, you cant compare PED use to smoking weed - comparing ubereem and cyborg to diaz is insane - I appreciate both are illegal but come on... :)

Sorry cyborg. My bad Hahaha. :D

Oh yeah I understand but to be honest Diaz isn't just for the weed but the not showing up to press events. Laziness. Not picking up Dana's calls. His general demeanour.

The trend in people booing at MMA event's is becoming a joke. I don't understand it myself, you know what you are going to watch.

Booing JDS after the beating he took was shocking and you could see how hurt he was by it as well. Well done Cain he deserved it and I thought that's what would happen, too many people have stood back and allowed JDS to strike, Cain showed a brilliant game plan and done great.

Who is next in line for the heavyweight title?

Winner of Overeem Silva I guess. Fabrico Werdum maybe. Actually Werdum won't be available till Mid 2013 as he is fighting Big Nog in June.

Cormier is the only other title contention heavyweight at the moment but he won't fight Cain as they both train at AKA.

Struve is a long shot. Would love for Big Country to emerge as a No1 contender though, maybe in the JDS rematch. Was one sided but he still couldn't put Roy down. Both have improved massively since then though.

Think after that performance the only thing has a chance of beating a healthy Cain is maybe a grizzly bear?

Not to take away from Velasquez's impressive performance, but JDS was gassed by the end of the first and fighting on empty for four rounds and Cain still didn't manage to finish him.

Velasquez is just keeping the belt warm for Cormier anyway, DC is superior in every facet of the game.

But ain't that the point in Cain? His has the cardio to smother you for 5 rounds if he can't finish

The credit should go to JDS for being a tough mofo and hanging in there, rather than a lack of being able to finish from Cain.

Couldnt believe that picture when I saw it on Sherdog - genuinely unrecognisable. Such a shame as he seems like such a nice guy, but credit to Cain, he has a great work ethic and took Junior to the woodshed.

Cain Velasquez completely took JDS to school with that performance. I think that's definitely how their first fight would have gone had Cain been at 100%. Sure hope Overeem sees off Big Foot because Overeem/Velasquez would be an interesting encounter, but I still got Velasquez coming out on top.

Don't feel too bad for the 25 minute beating JDS got - He walked away with $400,000 for his troubles!

He walked away with a hell of a lot more than that. That is just his disclosed salary, ie what was on the contract he signed. The UFC has always been pretty generous with locker room bonus's, plus you have to take into account sponsorship and his PPV cut, he would have made at least a couple of million I imagine. Still beatings like that are not good for you and can really shorten his career, he cant take many more of those.

Was far from shocked that Cain destroyed JDS, it's what should have happened in the first fight as I said ever since. Lol @ those who disagree'd. :)

Okami should have done to Silva what Cain did to Junior, but nope, too scared. :| Wrestlers just need to realise they will beat a striker, rather than get scared of being punched when they shoot. I'd rather go for a shoot that'd win the fight and risk being hurt than be too scared to do anything and just run around getting punched the whole fight.

Reem vs JDS would have been similar, JDS isn't that good of a striker, he's flashy as hell and looks great against mid-tier grapplers. I mean as far as strikers go, who the hell has he beat? Cro Cop 5 years out of his prime? Great. Thinking he'd even touch a striker of The Reem's level and accomplishments is amazing, he'd have to out-grapple him and lay on him or submit/pound him out, no way would he take him standing unless it was a freak KO like Cain vs JDS I.

As for Cain vs Reem, that'll be interesting, but I think Reem's cardio will let him down and so will his glass jaw, but JDS showed it is possible to knock Cain out, and Reem is twice the striker JDS is, with a lot of extra offense from Mauy Thai and submission grappling, lets just hope he doesn't hesitate due to Cains power and takedowns.

2013 gon' be gurd. :D

A bit harsh imo - JDS can only beat who the UFC put in front of him including Werdum, Struve, Filipovic, Yvel, Gonzaga, Nelson, Carwin and Mir - not exactly a list of has-been's and some decent strikers there! Other than Overeem, who else would you put ahead of him in the UFC's heavyweight division in terms of striking??

Anyway, it's in the past now and I'm glad Cain won, should make for some great matchups in 2013!

Who do we think Bisping will end up fighting a week on Saturday after Belfort announces he's injured?? :p

Tyson Fury calling out Velasquez a few days ago and now Bisping. Calling out Cain is just laughable.

Tyson Fury continues to slam UFC fighters. First was heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez and now is middleweight title contender Michael Bisping. Fury called out Velasquez for a fight, but the UFC fighter has not responded to the boxer's challenge.

After Bisping said that Velasquez would destroy Fury, the Englishman boxer went off on Twitter. In a tweet he said, "I think Michael Bisping is a first class *****! Him and Velasquez at the same time couldn't beat me! My friend KO'd Bisping. Ask him."

Bisping, who is usually not at a loss for words, chose to ignore the comments.

"Everyone just ignore that excuse of a man, Tyson something. He's trying to get hype, I'd never heard of him till he called out Cain"
