James Thompson called him [Fury] out last week, Fury wasn't interested though and said that Thompson should come work for him as security; the guy is just hoping for some cheap publicity and a quick payday ala James Toney, he isn't actually interested in stepping into a cage.
 
I wont talk much about JDS vs Cain, JDS said himself its as if he didnt defend of fight... got that 100% right.

I think the rematch will be epic and JDS will be his usual former fighting self and the fight will be a lot more epic, but yeah all is in Cains favour right now.

2013 will have some nice fights indeed, dont forget Strikeforce has its final card this weekend, most are already in ufc hopefully the rest can now follow.
 
Just watched the last Strikeforce. On the whole it wasn't great but then I don't think many thought it would be with the pairings.

I cringed at almost every leg kick Marquardt took in the 4th and 5th though :eek:
 
Dana White having surgery in a few hours. Doesn't sound like too much fun.. good luck to him.

Earlier in the day White explained the specifics of the surgery, and to be frank, they were not pleasant.

"They're going to cut my ear off," White told USA Today Sports. "My left ear, they're going to cut it off so they can get inside. They're going to insert a tube, and this surgery is pretty new -- within the last year, I think, this surgery has come out. They have to get inside there to insert a tube, so they have to go in there and go through the hole. They insert a tube, and then they reattach the ear."

So can someone confirm something for me please. I thought the next TUF was with Bisping and starting on the 22nd or 23rd. Whenever i search for UFC on my sky box it only comes up with TUF Sonnen vs Jones on ESPN. Which one is the correct one?
 
Looking forward to this, like both guys but hoping Bisping wins as he's wanted a chance at Anderson for a while. Had to do a double take on Vitor though, he looks good and I didn't recognise him at first with his hair like that, I wondered who he was.
