Yeah good card. I too expected more from Gane, didn't do anywhere near enough to win but fair play to Francis. I think if you are a specimen like Gane then getting absolutely rag dolled by a bloke so much stronger than you would come as a bit of a shock! Stipe trilogy fight next? Although if you are to believe the press then it looks as if he may have fought his last fight in the UFC after upsetting precious Uncle Dana.

Moreno was unlucky, I would have given him the win. I think you have to take a title from a champ and the winning margin needs to be more. IMO of course. Nurmagomedov looks like a pure killer.

I enjoyed most of this event for a change. Couple of the prelims were great too, first and last one. As above not sure Moreno lost that, was very tight and you'd expect that to stick with the champ. Main event was poor.

He’s back! 3 more fights announced

Arnold Allen vs. Dan Hooker
Gunnar Nelson vs. Claudio Silva
Rodrigo Vargas vs. Paddy Pimblett

Shaping up nicely.

I think the Allen Hooker fight makes this more intriguing, Hooker doesn't back down from anyone!. Paddy with a crowd is going to be great!
Funny with Aspinall taking it slow, he went through it with Ariel Helwani. I really like Tom in and out of the ring but can't help feel the UFC are pushing him too quick like they did with Till.

Regardless i'm thinking of going if I can get tickets, anyone else looking to go?

Pre sale tickets for UFC London are live. £380 was the cheapest ticket!! That's me out, including travel, hotel, food and drink etc it'd be the best part of a grand :(

I'd rather go to the Bahamas for a week! :p

I'm still in the queue for them, but the prices I've heard of through here and seen from another guy at work has likely priced me out of going. I've not been to an event since UFC 120 back in 2010!

Oh it is, but you can't replicate the atmosphere at home :p There's at least one benefit from watching a UK event from home, and that's the lack of time difference!
I still think 12am GMT is a silly time to start the main event, why don't they do it at 10pm or so? I would actually prefer 4am as I can then at least go to bed early and get some sleep, but if it starts at 12am UK time then that really messes up my sleep. I think I will just skip watching it live and watch the catch-up in the morning instead. Bah.

I decided against anymore UK shows as soon as the ticket prices reached 3 figures for reasonable seats. It's crazy money, especially when it coincides with the decline of real star power on the cards they put on. I think I'd rather travel to Vegas or New York to watch it live.

Looking forward to the main event tonight, love Stricklands pressure style and Hermansson's a beast. There's a few fighters on the card i'm not familiar with at all..
Honestly, the prelims were better than the main cards and I am going to watch them religiously in future!

Strickland really picked Hermansson apart, in fact I think Hermansson with that woeful performance would have lost to some of the prelim guys,
