Anyone seen the Epic Fighting championship from Russia obviously dont understand a word but great entertainment :D absoloute miss match freak shows putting two guys against one guy, some 75 year old guy and son fighting a women.

Sorry man but only degenerates and psychopaths enjoy stuff like this. And yes, I really do mean that. It's not even close to genuine sport or competition, it's just basically acting out people's violent fantasies.

End of the day no one was forced, they all got paid, just a freakshow.

In all honesty, if MMA was still in it's infancy I would be tooting a different tune.

Anyone think Whittaker can get it done Sunday? Adesanya just looks unstoppable, Blachowic aside. I think if anyone is going to beat him, its going to be The Reaper. I think he'll make a better go of it than last time but Izzy for the win, decision or later round stoppage. The dude is just too good.
Co main pretty exciting too, Lewis by KO for me.

I reckon Izzy would have been working on something to stop the takedown, Whittaker's game plan has got to be centred around that.. doesn't it ?
 
Seen a load online saying Whittaker won rounds 3, 4 & 5. Just didn't do enough for me, you really have to take the belt form the champ imo. He wasn't close to out striking him or hurting him. 49 - 46 in my totally unqualified opinion. Nobody is beating Izzy in that weight class, he's just too good, capable of lifting his game to whatever it needs to be at to win. Tremendous athlete.

Great and unexpected win for Tuivasa too, puts him right in contention for a title shot although would have to think Stipe is next in line regardless of what they end up doing with Francis.
 
Izzy continues to look like a final boss at MW both physically and performance-wise. Don't see anyone has a chance until perhaps Alex Pereira climbs up the ranks. Rest of the card didn't really interest me. Next weekend looks a snoozer but the week after is Dariush vs Makhachev which I'm very much looking forward to.
 
Pereira gets the win over Adesanya in my opinion. He is built like stone and has the knockout power to really test Adesanya.

Chimaev is another who I think can win that MW belt.

If MVP put on 15lbs and moved over to the UFC that is definately a fight I'd like to see. Hopefully once he takes the Bellator Gold he'll take the plunge.
 
Pereira got a long, long way to go. Chimaev a good shout but again, has a way to go. Cannonier likely next for Izzy and then would think Strickland would be given a chance. Neither will test him too much imo.

Would make sense but both fighters are shooting up the ranks and I don't think Dana will pit them against each other yet and instead use them to refresh the division so to speak. Put them up against some of those hanging around in that division that are clearly not cut out to be champions. Blades, Volkov, Rosenstruik types. Some talk that Francis will vacate the belt to go and box.

Genuinely can't tell if this is WWE style sports entertainment or actual sanctioned fights, especially when the drunk guy came out.
