how can you do a chip shot in fifa10?

On 07 it was LT and Shoot but there is no button for it in 10... that was the only way I knew how to score goals lol :P

It's the same i think, you have to hold LT (or is it LB? one of the two, one is doing turns n tricks the other is chip) it seems very very sensitive compared to 09 though so you have to watch out you don't chip it into the stands!
 
meh. taking penalties it looks like it's LT, but I dunno for sure :/

In my controls it says LB = Pace Control, RB = Finesse and LT = Player Run/Modifier

Well im still not very good at it and i thought of myself pretty ace at 09 so i assumed id adapt to 10 easily and im not =( ah well still love it just want full game to play as liverpool damit!
 
I tried uploading a video of my first goal and the video seems to have disappeared :/ how do i get the URL of videos I upload?

Also, the only way I can score now is by doing a LT + shot (default controls) from outside the box, everything else I try goes way too slow or goes WAY over the bar

Dunno, maybe it does nothing since I don't ever do a normal shot :S

I decided to just get used to default controls instead of changing them and so, I have no idea what LT does when shooting.

I tried it in the little one person vs. goal thing and I score more with LT O_o :P



The more I try it the less LT seems to do :/ lol

can someone explain the different types of free kick shooting on the 360? i know that holding LB fires it along the ground (is this a new addition as i can't remember it in 09 and i think it's brill!) but is there a technique to curling the ball or hitting it harder etc?

Shoot a long the ground, something else I didn't know!!!

I thought RB, or w/e finesse shot is bound to, made it curl

I thought LB (change player/chip) for free-kicks did the same? Direct shot at goal with limited/no curl - I guess depending on power it varies it height.

Only addition for free-kicks (and corners) appears to be the ability to choose the fk taker on the fly - very useful

In normal play LT (skill) does nothing for shooting...

How the hell do you score in this game? Played the demo 10 times and only scored once. If I tap circle as fast as I can so theres no power, it goes over, if I hold it down to get max power, it goes over. If I hold it down a bit, it goes over.
