howd u get slow motion in replays????? its usually L3 clicking the analogue stick but it doesnt work in 10 In fact theres a few basic options that they left out the demo e.g. team player ratings.

Taking down pretty much everyone except Chelsea without too much hassle now with Barca. They have too many strong players.
 
hi,

im coming ot fifa from pro and think its great. can anyone give me some tips on how to play? i love the passing but i want to learn how to dribble and get past an opponent. cant seem to ever beat my man

I've probably played 20-30 matches now and I'm completely loving this. Took a little while to get used to it after playing 09 so long but now I have I love it. There's just so many little things that make it so much better than before. The AI is now much harder and gives me a real challenge on the hardest difficulty (my Barca got thumped 4-0 by Bayern, who I then beat 3-0 in a rematch). It's harder now to use skill moves to beat people and the game definitely encourages passing and keeping control of the ball.

Roll on October 2nd (or earlier if I get my review copy) :)
 
After playing both this and PRO, i'm definitely converted this year, PES has slightly better gfx IMHO but FIFA wins on game play hands down!

When you say graphics, what's actually better in PES than FIFA? I always the thought the usual FIFA/PES argument was that PES was better gameplay, FIFA better graphics.

Lighting on some of the pitches looks really nice, shadows on the pitch from the stands just make the pitches look that little bit better. Plus numbers on the backs of shirts don't look blurred. Dunno if its just me but the on the Fifa 10 demo the numbers on the back of the Chelsea shirts are blurred.

On the new one all of the skill moves are apparently controlled by the right stick. Have a practice in the arena and try to learn some combinations. I honestly never bother with skill, I find a passing game to be much easier and much more frustrating for the opposition.
