I am hoping there will be a Fifa 10 league here. Really enjoyed the 08 and 09 ones, they were good fun. But as Bucket says, the people sign up and then just give up midway through if they have no chance of winning or just never turn up during the later 09 leagues.
 
I basically stopped playing Fifa at the end on December because at least a 3rd of people commited to leagues and cups gave up. Pee'd me off a little knowing the amount of time I had dedicated/wasted on it. I only kept Fifa 09 for my 6 year old to play and he's now better than me! I let him play the PES 2010 demo yesterday and in his first ever game he won 6-2, I can only manage 3-0 at best. I now suck at football games :(

I will get Fifa 10 for sure but I very much doubt I'll be participating in leagues and cups on here because of a lack of commitment from others.
 
How many games and how often were previous league games? Was there a minimum number or regular core of users that were available?
 
Just a question for people who may have tried both or know about it.

Is there much difference between the PS3 and 360 versions? I have both consoles and can get it on whatever.
 
The american style leagues tend to work better. Where we have a couple small tables and then a 'playoffs' cup stage. In the end its all good fun regardless of the drop outs and squabbles.

We could also do some lobby play in the evenings with champion stays on or something? and then theres club mode. Plenty to get stuck into on the MP side.
 
can I ask what people do about using the radar?

On PES I could literally just use the radar and not even have to look at the screen, but the Fifa radar is impossible to see... I can't really believe they are going to leave it like that?
 
So what is everyone playing this on? I keep thinking about selling my 360 but it seems like I won't get much for it anymore. Might just keep it and get FIFA10 tomorrow.

Where did you order it from? I ordered mine from the purple four letter store a few weeks ago and it arrived this morning.

I also did the same with batman and it arrived the day before release too.
 
I ordered it from the place where you can shop to late and it still gets posted that day.

It's ****** me off actually as 99% of my orders with them have come on the Thursday except this one that I really want! :(

Got the dispatch email Tuesday which just adds to my frustration.
