Out of interest, what difficulty level are you playing on?
 
Playing on live actually enrages me, playing as Boro against some kid who was Lyon. He goes 2-0 up bring it back to 2-2 next minute its 3-3 into injury time and I bag a winner.....and lost connection, anybody fancy some games on xbl who wont quit if they are losing ):

Ditto, just got back from a week of work, new live subscription and the first game I play, 3-0 up and someone quits!

I bought this for the manager mode, enjoying the game but its a little baffling at times...

I play as Sunderland, well i did, until i was sacked halfway through the season. I was 7 games unbeaten, 10th place in the league, and well on course for the boards objective, to finish in the top 10. My last match was a 3-0 win v Wolves, then they sacked me lol. Very strange.

Never mind, the job options came up, and it was either Dundalk or Shamrock lol.
Clearly the manager mode of the game has been researched and playtested thoroughly :rolleyes:
 
I'm enjoying FIFA 10 for the most part except for a few niggles.

The thing I enjoy most about it is that you can totally rape players after the whistle without getting done. Had Cristiano Ronaldo off on a stretcher after the ball went off with a throw.

Advantage system is flawed, was playing against a friend and crossed the ball in and the crosser was fouled immediately after he hit the cross, I headed the ball in the top corner and play was brought back for the foul, but only after the ball was well in the back of the net. Was screaming at the tele after that :p

Maybe I'm being dim but what is the best way to get past players, should you skill moves nearly all the time? Also how do you hold people off the ball when dribbling. My players seem to have the physical presence of a paper bag most of the time?

Stupid question: Is the "Arena" the one-on-one area that you get before games?
