The Official FIFA 12 Club(11v11)

Well i can play pretty much anywhere i like cm or cam though as i can have a bigger effect on the game, i enjoy playing st too ofc but your often relaying on service from others.

But as i said with us playing with 5 or more we are going need a regular gk most of the time the only teams that play us are ones with gks and it puts us at a big disadvantage.

Now the squad has been made a bit smaller i am willing to play any a bit more.

I also think we have too many chiefs at times and not enough indians. With the pandas it wasn't a democracy it was a dictatorship. With this club is seems every one is having there say on what we should and shouldn't be doing and it will lead to problems and falling outs. If one person is saying one thing and another person is saying something different things get confused and who do you end up listening too.

I'm back at last, willing to play as a defensive midfielder majority of the time (or CAM/ST whenever someone gets bored of their position up front, though i wouldn't want to be ST so long as there are others to be as you're all probably better than me at it :))

Played one game last night, didn't really see much of the ball as we pretty much dominated the game lol but still a bit rusty :x

Agreed, i think from now on only me and the other managers has a say on things in regards to tactics, formations, where people play etc. Me and other managers will still listen to suggestions though, we dont want to completely ignore you guys advice.

But so far its good, we are in a healthy state, there hasnt been any fallouts since matty and gimbo so all is well. We are doing great personaly compared to the old ocuk club. we win slightly more then we lose compared to last time when we lost most of the time. We have also dealt with fallouts better and as a result, only 2 people have fallen out with us.

I have also managed to keep u DOOMer so that must be a plus point too LOL.

4-3-3 showed signs of promise at times in the one game we tried it, but we were suckered punch on the counter-attack as the 3 cm's were not doing their job.

Yeah, not been easy. Our form has taken a bit of a dip. Also lately we come up against all the top teams with more points than us. When we first created the team, it was easy getting win's, but now we get matched up against some decent teams.

We only lost 2-1 vs the top team in our league last night when i was playing, and that is us not on form. Once we sort things out, hopefully we can be more consistent.

You guys might look like you are going on a run of wins now, but as soon as you start getting up the table and are up against the higher teams you will find it's not as easy as you think ;)

If you guys get matched and beat teams in the top 5 of the league you will be up here soon. This way we will get to play vs each other without even needing to arrange it. But jon is trying to arrange something anyway, hopefully that work's out so we can deflate your balloon. lol ;)

Not trying to gloat or anything as I'm not the type to do so :p, but our first match was against a top team and most of the matches we have played have been against teams with 3/4000+ points and we've beaten some with ease, but we've also been through 1 or 2 patches where we've drawn and lost a few in a row and no doubt more will happen, but personally I couldn't give a damn about losing, as long as everyone tries, works as a team and enjoys themselves then we are happy :)

Hopefully next season the two clubs can be hogging the top spots :D

but to do this we need that every country (at least 10 countries) have their own league

are you able to organize a league for your country? i can help you at the begin, i can say you what i have done to organize our league and so on

in order to select the best players from each country and in a future play a championship against national teams as the world cup and so on

im not really good to explain in english, and sorry for that, but if you are interested, i can try to explain you what you have to do to contact the other english team and manage your English League for PC :D

Really don't see why we been struggling so much the games i played in today we won 10 and drew 2 and lost 0.

We attacked well and defended well, and didn't see much evidence of lack of width either.

The strikers should be providing the width, one st should go wide the other st or cam should move into his postion then one cm should get forward and support. Me and phil was doing it a lot to day its simple but effective.

The idea with playing a narrow formation is there is space for the down the wings to move into. Where if you play a 433 for example the space isn't there because you have a player either side taking the space up. Also if the ball is down the right side of the pitch you have a winger the other side of the pitch not really doing anything.
 
Really dont see how it is sad pandas 2.0 even if it was that wouldnt be a bad thing as we won the league twice and got in the top 10 in the world without hacking and without using a gk.

There's nothing wrong with constructive criticism in a team but some people don't take kindly to it or cant handle it. Everyone makes mistakes in a games its when people are making the same mistakes constantly it needs to be pointed out to them imo or they will keep making the same mistakes.

All i want is the team to improve as a whole when we win its not because of 1 or 2 players who get the goals its because of the whole team doing there job. Thats when i find the game most fun when the team is playing well together win lose or draw.

As trance says i am happy overall with the team we have a good group of team players who are willing to play different positions and do a job for the team. We will get better and evolve over time, i am confident next season we can challenge for the league so long as we improve our consistency.

well said mate. we are in a god place right now mentally as we dont have any bad blood inside our club. everyone seems happy. no issues have arised and at times, we play some great football. just lack consistancy thats all

The 'B' team had a few defeats last night. They are a bit tense ahead of the friendly.

Hence why they are mimicking our great club. :D

They are doing well though.

Wasn't suggesting it was a bad thing, should be a positive thing results wise, more the fact that it's like a one man team, and most of the players are the old Sad panda's squad. Certainly out of the 20+ games I played at OCUK there was one and the only match I played with you in the squad and it was completely different to the rest. So much more organised and fluid on the pitch and of course playing with Jambo in the middle is always a pleasure as he is positionally disciplined and an efficient passer.

Lol hehe :D We had a crappy night yesterday, which was inevitable, but it's like meh...better luck next time...
 
What sort of time does everyone play most nights? Past 2 nights i've popped on to see if anyone's around at 9-10pm, first night everyone was just going to bed and last night no one was even online? :(
 
i diddnt play clubs at all last night. was watching walking dead. i migth pop on tonight after the arsenal game. definetly be on tomorrow night for our rival match
